Thank you for your gift of this video.....I have begun using it with my seasoned IFS clients as well as an intro for new clients. Very well done and a great addition to my practice!

Thank you for this gift to the IFS Community and the World as it is a great intro the idea of internal parts. In my own internal work, the identification of parts, the investigation of parts, the exploration of the parts and their own internal world. After a 4 year hiatus due to emotional and physical traumas. Hidden and ignored parts are as important to get to know as exiled parts in fact the very idea of "exiled parts" is itself prejudicial as all parts need to have the Self hear and validate their internal stories. Thank you for this gift.

I too found it very compassionate; especially the burdened part!

Thank you. A very clear, gentle and compassionate video. It really is wonderful that the pace of your talk is slow and calm. I am in Australia and planning to begin with an IFS therapist online next week. Very appreciative.

Is this intersected with some Jungian theory?

It's certainly very clear, but I don't think I've ever seen such uninspiring graphics. I find IFS and it's approach to Self kinda wondrous and creative and fascinating. Thankyou for the clarity but I don't feel able to share this with anyone and really get the message of IFS across.

How wonderfully amazing! I’m not alone! I’ve been doing this without even knowing it. I call my mind/head my house and my parts are my rooms. So eager to learn more! Thank you!
