Hello Reed, we’re planning a visit to explore the area. After a bit of looking into it I noticed that the crime rate was a concern, and none of the videos I saw didn’t mention it. Can you please give me your thoughts on the matter? Thank you, Anthony
Hi Anthony, due to fair housing I am unable to comment on crime. However, my recommendation would be to point you in the direction of researching online. If you have questions prior to your trip, I'd love to connect for a brief phone call and share some tips to maximize your trip. Feel free to contact me at 615-419-3011.
@@livingaroundgreenvillesc What are you referring to here? I don’t think he asked for any specifics just in general the Greenville area has a high crime rate that isn’t mentioned in any of the videos. It’s a concern of many looking at the area
@@curtiss6236 Realtors aren't legally allowed to talk about crime rates due to the Fair Housing Act. Google it if you're confused. Just as they're not able to dive too deep into school districts due to possible discrimination.
I live here, lots of crime. Don't let the normies tell you any different. There was just a drive by shooting in the center of Greenville right outside Halls Steakhouse. More idiot normies moving in daily. We don't want you here and all the natives will make sure you know. Just trying to save you the time.
@@livingaroundgreenvillesc when we were in Greenville a year ago they didn't recommend going in the water because its toxic from several old plants upstream. it was a bummer because our girls loved to get their feet wet
From a growth perspective Greenville seems to manage it better than these small cities I have been following for years. Where I live in southern Florida, it seems like the only solution to increase tax revenue is to over populate the region. I'm sick of Florida and decided to retire somewhere i n the Greenville metro area.
If I can help find you a great spot here in the Greenville area, let me know. I'd be happy to discuss our market here with you. Thanks for watching! My contact info is 615-419-3011 or rgray@cdanjoyner.com
He's a great and knowledgeable caring guy. I highly recommend using this realtor!
Thanks, Cheryl! I appreciate you!

is there any plans to clean up the river at all and make it non toxic?
That's the first I've heard that it's toxic. So no, I'm not aware of any restoration plans!

@@silkemueller1391 I think that's just seasonal. That's very common among rivers anywhere I've lived. Heat + old plants is not a great combo.
