As an Australian I'm amazed how beautiful the country of Russia is .all the western country's and media portray Russia as this broken down 3rd world country ,but video's like yours and many other RUclips channels show that this is far from the truth . I hope your health improves soon .
It is far from broken down and the cities are more modern than what we have in Canada. Been following Russian youtubers for over 4 years now. Obviously Russia is modern it is 2024.
ugh ear sickness are no joke! I had infection in my labyrinth and was out of work for 6 weeks. It was like I was constantly on a roller coaster I couldn't get off of and puking everywhere. Glad you're feeling better

Hello Nastya, l love your videos! I had the same problem with my ears and it was orrible, I did exercises and took vitamin D and the doctor suggested me to drink 2 liters of water and reduce salt. Water was definitely the most important thing to do to solve the problem 😊

Hello, for me It was my mastoid bone in my right ear and I had cancer so they took out everything. I now have something called Meniere's disease which is an equilibrium issue with the world as I get older it will progressively worsen my balance. It can be physically bad for days. I am glad for you and do the exercises, they help. Wishing you a fantastic week, take care.

I think what she mentioned about stones and head spins is called Vertigo.It’s crystals in your ear that if they go out of place you lose your balance and get head spins. It’s quite a terrible feeling if you have it bad and can take weeks to get back to normal.

Fruit sweetness come from the sun itself you can grow any fruit providing the optimal conditions for the soil and water etc but for aroma/taste for umami you need a certain degree and length (in days) of direct sunlight ..depending of the fruit it changes
I have BBPV also, been diagnosed for the last 5 years. The Epley maneuver is my go-to! The moment I feel it, I do it myself and within hours the vertigo is gone. Also yoga helps a lot, especially balancing poses.

I live in Alabama in USA and they portray Russia the same way.
It depends very much on where you live: in a big city or in the countryside. I never thought on Moscow being a poor city.

You sent the family of the last czar to Siberia at some point. So yes we assume it is tundra like in the movies on the matter.

Fruit sweetness come from the sun itself you can grow any fruit providing the optimal conditions for the soil and water etc but for aroma/taste for umami you need a certain degree and length (in days) of direct sunlight ..depending of the fruit it changes
I have BBPV also, been diagnosed for the last 5 years. The Epley maneuver is my go-to! The moment I feel it, I do it myself and within hours the vertigo is gone. Also yoga helps a lot, especially balancing poses.

Hi Nastya. I love watermelon and will miss it through the winter. Your garden house is so lovely, reminds me my homeland Slovakia where so many people who live in the apartments have gardens on the edge of the city or by river. All physical conditions have a root emotional cause. What have you been “going around and around” about? Stress can and does play a role so if you can identify the stressor, hopefully it can be healed fast.
If you dehydrate watermelon it goes pink and tastes like cotton candy. It becomes very sweet like candy.
