In this video I’m continuing sharing my daily live in Novosibirsk, Russia. 🇷🇺 As an introvert and a single mom of 2 sons on my journey of healing from anxiety. Im sharing my slow daily routine. Cooking, grocery shopping etc.
In this episode the weather suddenly turned warm and we had “babye leto” with beautiful golden leaves. And we went to dacha! Then came back to the city where i continued with my mom duties. And well also cooked probably the worst soup in the history of soups.

😸 Well, "an introvert and a single mom", but with a surprisingly good english and a quite good eye for visual composition. A lot of your "still" shots are very well balanced, and there is always some kind of "poetic nonchalance" to your videos, to which your soft voice adds a sense of simple peace… Nice job! ✨🙏
I agree about quality of videos. Her English knowledge is because she lived outside Russia for 16 years. England and Czech Republic. You would think all Russia was like big cities, but it’s not.

I live somewhere like your dacha and have only one wood stove for heat. Can you burn wood for heat in Russia?
Dear Nastya, I think that your children are blessed with a mother that cooks such healthy meals for them. I love vegetable soup and have found that cabbage, bouillon, and tomatoes make it more flavorful.
I was amazed at the variety of fruits and vegetables that you are able to purchase cheaply. Your grandmother’s garden was beautiful, and she is a blessing to all of her family through the provisions it brings.
I’ve enjoyed seeing the historic buildings, parks, and play areas you’ve shown us.

Part of how I deal with the difficulties of life as well as depression is looking at interior design ideas online and doing little projects on my parents' home to make it more functional and aesthetically pleasing. I've always loved interior design. It transports me to a different world and makes me feel a little better to see beautiful spaces and how they are created.
You have a resemblance of Hollywood actress "Cameron Diaz" when she was young❤💕✌👍🌹You have to practice in cooking, soon you'll become a good cook, practice makes perfect 👌👌I'll go to the beach with my dog

Nastya: Here is an idea: Buy an electric crockpot(slow cooker) and a cookbook for it. It will make you a great cook in no time and a healthy one too, and best of all it works unattended allowing you to do other things. Your boys will come home from school saying “What smells so good Mom?”
With crock pots you can toss in whatever you like and it will come out delicious
Your grandma probably gets more satisfaction knowing she’s providing food for the family than from the labor of gardening. Hopefully you learn from her while you can, and will help her in this effort (as It’s not easy) and carry it on when she is gone.
Hi Nastya not sure if you will read this but I also was diagnosed with imbalanced inner ear crystals. Mine was caused by stress of being a single mom of 3 young kids. The dizziness would come and go through out the years. Now they are teenagers and I have retired and I have different kinds of stress. Videos like yours help me relax. I look forward to them. I also started piano lessons and I’m loving it. Music is such a powerful tool to take your mind to another world where you forget about your daily problems and struggles. Your soup looked delicious. Keep practicing. Home made food is the best. 😊
I escape the daily grind and spend time in my 'happy places' by running and language learning. Running speaks for itself but learning languages (Russian and Persian now which are my fourth and fifth languages) allows me to exercise different brain functions and requires completely different processes which I really enjoy. It's mindfulness for those who love systems. It takes time, for sure, but what you gain as you acquire more is so rich and rewarding.
instead of removing the veges you can puree them & add as sauce...just add a tsp tomato paste & one chicken cube
I wish the subtitles were larger, and when possible, of slightly longer duration.
I have a rare blood disorder and have to get iron infusions frequently. Your videos are my favorite way to pass the time when I. Hooked up to my iv :) it always makes me smile.

Those cucumbers you picked are the perfect size for making pickles. I just supported you on Patreon. Your soup reminds me of the boiled dinner my mother used to make. It had ham and cabbage as well as carrots, potatoes, and turnips. Fall is in the air here, too. Before long, my nose hairs will be frozen together. 😃🌹
In the balkans we just add “вегета” and it makes soup 10x better. Love your videos they feel so homey!!

@@fedor1280 its a spice consisting of dry vegetables. We put it in soups and meats. It adds more flavour. 10/10 would recommend
In Australia, we add Vegemite. It makes soup 10x better.

Nastya that was awesome thanks for sharing. sometimes when i make a soup like yours i use beef or chicken broth.. here we can buy it in containers it says chicken or beef broth on it. Maybe yours says poultry or bovine broth instead?? just saying..... so instead of water i use it. I still boil my veggies and meat,.. but in the broth... so it flavors everything with the broth. Your boys and mother might like it that way. but who knows? just saying it might be something to try different.

Sometimes I feel like I do "too much" with my cooking and love how simple and healthy the meals you put together are. Your summer house and garden still look fresh and green. I would have expected most of northern Europe to have already shut down for winter with bare trees, cold weather, freezing night temperature and bare gardens. I am actually surprised that it is not dark and depressing like northern Scandinavia at this time.

Просто хотела сказать, что я тоже не любила овощи в супе в детстве. Потому что они все время были как на видео: морковка большая, лук иногда попадался такой же огромный и ты думаешь, что это картошка - а нет, лучок)) поэтому я не очень любил мамины супы
А потом папа приготовил суп: он лук порезал очень мелко, пожарил вместе с натертой морковкой - и это была огромная разница для меня. 😊

I store my onions in the refrigerator, and they have never made me cry. Try it, I am 80 years old, and have always done that. A big hug from Chile. ❤❤❤

Dear Nastya, your days are filled with peace and satisfying moments. Thank you for sharing your time with us. Novosibersk is a beautiful city. The parks and markets are beautiful. I suffer from such problems as you. I also have a ringing in my left ear called Tinnitus. Not much they can do for it. The imbalance causing dizzy for me is Called Meniere's disease. I've tried many treatments and I have found that my Chiropractor has helped. Good luck to you and be strong, which I see you are ❤❤🤗

The varieties of salo that you find look delicious. I’ve only ever had plain salted salo that you have to scrape the salt from. Also my escape from the cruelty of this world are activities with my kids and cooking. I can’t dance or sing 😅
The leaves haven’t turned quite yet here in my part of England. They’re starting to show signs but still quite green. I long for autumn to really get started 🍁🍂

Mosquitos got really dangerous during last years.I remember, when I was a child, their bites didn't cause as inflamed bumps as nowadays.

I cannot wait to see how the seasons pass! Autumn and winter are my favorite seasons. Where I live has a very pretty autumn show of leaves but her don’t get snow in earnest until January and February. It kills me! I LOVE the snow and wish we had more. I can't explain why I an slowly hooked by your simple but peaceful videos. My happy place is climbing, but I also used to take salsa classes. I live in Canada, and salsa warms up souls and bodies in winter when it's minus twenty outside.
