The small area in the boys room can be an open desk “ computer “ area for everyone’s use. A large curtain can be a divider of the space.

Gosh how exciting for you… I love renovating appartments. I personally would have turned the largest room (one where you knocked down the wall, into a kitchen / sitting room. Kitchen units on the back wall, table for separation between kitchen and sitting area, and then tv and seating area. Old kitchen would become a bedroom (yours) which is right next to bathroom (handy), and the big bedroom for your two lovely boys. That way no one has to walk through anyone’s bedroom and there is great separation between the bedrooms. However whatever you do it will be fabulous because it will be yours.

Sometimes depending on when the grand house was built they would have an ice room to keep food during hot summer months and exotic things like ice-cream. Before refrigerators, only the rich could do such things. The entrance was always heavily shaded and always on the north side. There are lots of things which are difficult to figure out on old estate buildings. But made perfect sense at the time when people travelled by carriage, horse and sleigh. Modern appliances didn't exist and agriculture was very labour intensive, for instance they would have gate house at the entrances to the estate, a walled garden not too far from the main house with a greenhouse and an orchard and elsewhere there was a tower which looked like a church spire but when I saw inside it just had stone box shelves where pigeons laid eggs and the birds scavenged seeds after harvest - (Food source ).I saw the end of these estates as the modern era took over completely. It's interesting piecing together how people lived back then. One thing I know is that it was not easy.

Beautiful video , those building are stunning .. now I see your space in your apartment . Could you take the small kitchen for your bedroom? ( if you plan to live there for a long time your younger boy could take that room) then you could take the large bedroom) And completely use that central space for kitchen/ dining/ small living area. The boys could share that large bed room your older boy would appreciate the privacy , I know your bedroom would be quite small , storage in the hall living space could be the answer . Love both sinks .. you can’t go wrong with the white sink, your floor will bring in the pop of warm colour 😊. When on budget a good eye for colour is all you need keep kitchen units simple and work magic with colour and texture .. wish you the best it will be beautiful .. 💫☀️

Americans are just like you and every single human on the planet. The Idea of war is just that, a lie.. and an idea...because of all of them are on the same team....This is a very pretty building...I love the dancers, I always wanted to dance... This is a God space I think...

I like the 3rd sink- wood not too dark but will go w/apartment. You could always hang curtains where you took the wall down in boys room. If they want to separate out the room, close the curtain. Otherwise, keep curtain open

I love your vlogs. I'm in New Zealand and I see similarities to our lives. I worry about you and your family over there with the escalation of war. I hope you all will remain safe. Much love to you all.

With both the tiles in bathroom you're deciding on #4 and #6 in sinks would match perfectly

I like the floor you picked, i wound pic a sink with the wood in it. Also your boys really should have privacy, even if you install sliding curtains.

its great to see the architectural details of the cultural center! I also like #1 & #5 sinks for the bathroom. Can't wait to see more progress of your new home.

I luv seeing the Russian culture 💪 also if you are putting in new walls and floor possibly installing insulation in the walls and under floor heating which isn’t very expensive? 😊

Out of your two favorites I like the second sink with the wood contrast the most! But of course it’s more expensive 😅 love your videos so much!

The 1st and the 5th bathroom sinks look best to me. Maybe its the fact that the cupboards are white but lined with faux wood that I like.

I vote the brown sinks - the shape of the white ones is what I have and I don't like it. It gets drips and the cabinet space is so small
