Since you use flipsky controllers why not get one of the blue tooth remotes for the throttle n brake instead of a wired one, they are well worth it. They show current speed, distance traveled, how much battery left, predictable range left etc.

@Zero Cool I had to rewatch the video since it was an old post But yea I meant switch it up, Forklifts work like that, I know the turns won’t be as sharp. I’m hoping it feels more like surfing I could be completely wrong tho, 😂
First I like the hub motor. That might be used to recharge the battery on idle or downhill riding and it’s much more silent ride than the chain driven „speedboard“. NEXT is to think about the front wheel.. main to change the stabilization spring in to a „pneumatic damper“ maybe even automatically adjustible with speed. How about a little gyroscope, which would be only active on low speeds to keep the board level?

SMAW is much more difficult to learn than MIG, is stronger than MIG, can be done outdoors in the wind and is the cheapest way to get into welding, hints why it's used so much in countries with less economic prosparity.

How many miles or km do you get off a charge with the 10s2p 36v 4ah battery? I'm making a electric scooter with a 16s4p 60v 4ah battery for a electric scooter and I'm looking to get 15miles.

That is very cool. If you added some damping to the front end steering, you should be able to steer easier without having to overcorrect every time.

Interesting, but it has very weak construction of steering wheel. And no suspension. It become broken very quick after riding on non-flat surface.
