Henry Lin died because of Gemma. Gemma died because of her mistakes. Her mistakes got many other people killed, including bobby. And gemma killing Tara made Jax go rogue. She is responsible for so much.

Can I just mention Otto went through stuff way worse than Juice and he still didn't rat. The only times Otto came close was over Luann which is understandable because he had ONE requirement to SAMCRO while he was in jail.... keep Luann safe, and they still failed. Otto was a true OG
Otto ratted. His testimony was inadmissible because he killed that nurse. he took Rico off the table when he did that but he made the Redwood chapter suffer by making Tara an accessory to murder thus directly hurting Jax.

And btw, not only was his testimony inadmissible, but Romeo's cartel gang made it moot anyway after he proved he had governmental jurisdiction over the drug game. The whole RICO season never put SOA in any real danger when they were cosying up to drug cartels ranked that high. As for Tara... firstly Clay did her worse by ordering a hit on her and secondly she revealed her true colours shortly after when she faked her baby's death and almost snitched herself. Tara being implicated herself showed her true colours so Otto was still more loyal than her

Juice accepted his fate. He went from prominent club member to the worst possible thing you can be in the criminal world. "I'm a rat..." said with a sense of real identity.
His fall was not knowing how to solve his problems and being afraid of being rejected by the MC that i believe is the family he never had , that fear in his heart made him weak.
Tbf it's pretty stupid that his whole character arc comes from that dumbass mistake. Like jax or the others would've ever killed him for having a black father
I feel sorry for Juice. He was manipulated by literally everyone and in his mind thought Gemma cared about him, Clay cared about him, Jax cared about him. He realized none of them gave a damn and Abel was ruined. Choosing to die was the first choice he’s ever made that’s his own.

I honestly hated that. For the first 6 seasons, there was no indication that Henry Lin would ever do anything that brutal to someone who hadn't directly wronged him. He was a criminal and could be brutal to his enemies, but season 7 was just excessive. It seemed like the show wanted to ensure that Jax was still likable while ruining Lin's life so they retconned Lin into being a far more amoral criminal than he ever was previously on the show.
Amber Mason the show lost it's way around season 5. I agree it was out of character for Lin, and must have been so you were on Samcro's side, but the whole point in the writing was that Jemma's lie caused Jax to do horrible things and start a war with people that didn't do it. It didn't make sense
Amber Mason but Lin didn’t start any of it. It was bad judgment by jax again. Lin was honourable and was lied to over and over by jax. Jax had good intentions but in the end, he lied and double-crossed everyone and it cost people their lives.
He was one of the most human in the show. Most of them wanted to be bikers for the image and the money... he wanted to be a biker for the family. But he made too many stupid decisions. He tied his own noose.
I agree. I hate how they treated him in the last season. All he did was slip up about one thing to Nero when he was high as duck and it didnt even end up mattering. Nero and Jax almost instantly forgave each other but juice was sentenced to prison and then death because of that by the club.

That's why they forgave him even after killing a patched member. And the shit with tara and roosevelt wasnt known by jax when he condemned juice to prison. Jax put juice in prison SOLELY due to his small slip up with Nero which resulted in nothing. Jax only found out about juice helping Gemma months later when he was already incarcerated. Plus, juice only killed roosevelt to protect the club from being associated with Tara's murder. It was the right move. Obviously hiding the whole thing from Jax wasnt the best idea but Juice is literally the only reason jax was able to take his revenge on Gemma.

Ratting became so second nature that he did it when high, and stupidly tried to sell intel to Álvarez lol the ultimate rat act. Meanwhile Bobby had his eye ripped out and said shit. I don't think the club really totally forgave him either for the 'small' slip-ups. Chibbs realized he was a liability and was turning cool to him before turning his back entirely. Juice should have went to college or something because he wasn't a very good criminal and he never would have stopped fucking up. He's essentially Chrissy from Sopranos if Chrissy had been a genuinely decent person and not even Chrissy, the slimest motherfucker imaginable ratted . The 'slip up' with Nero could have been disastrous had Nero not been the bigger man and it still made Jax look like a lying snakey fuck for that moment in Nero's mind regardless. I love Juice, but he was a disastrous addition to SAMCRO.
Yep, Jax's only hope of not getting killed (Mayhem) was if Jury had sold them out, so killing him would have been justified. But... Nope! It was Barosky. :(
I thought it would be Tig after having to feel left out by the club since season 4. Clay didn't trust him enough to be Sgt at Arms, Jax handed him over to August Marks in season 6 after Tig killed that Persian torture porn director without his approval.
Lmao I just watched the series again on Netflix and loved it even more the second time, and if that wasn’t enough, decided to browse RUclips for certain scenes to re-watch again (I know I could do that on Netflix but since it’s just clips this is simple). Nice content man. Absolutely love this series. Jax, Opie, Bobby, Tig, Clay (asshole or not lol), Juice, Chibs, Piney, Gemma... all good/great characters. Cheers
Its sickening knowing ALL the deaths of Season 7 are all on Gemma. She was very rarely likable, she meddled so much in Club business so much over the years. If they were the mafia she wouldn't have dared interfere, Clay was right when he said she was just an Old Lady not a Member.
