Stunning and beautiful, but I would need to modify it to wheelchair accessible and add a elevator and because I love To cook and bake I would have to have a pantry mudroom and more storage and then My family and I are porch sitting folk so the porches would need to be really large and the bathroom needs to be modified and add a power room for guests

The tub downstairs is only really useful for bathing kids or dogs. Too small for much else. Get rid of it & put in a walk-in shower. Much better for a wider group of people, including older people or those w/ mobility issues who dont want to vlimb into that narrow tub.
It looks to me, looking at tiles and standard toilet depth, that this is a standard 5’ tub. Pictures can be deceiving as far as space. I prefer a shower but I know many like a tub and shower. Edited… I hadn’t watched to the end where measurements are shown. Plans can be adjusted slightly to give the space needed for a tub. I realize at the very least the bedroom furniture doesn’t fit to scale with measurements given. Closets are typically 2’ deep plus framing. Floorplans are great for inspiration.
