I think it’s just hard. He had the perfect ending last year.. he would’ve won the championship and rode off into the Colorado sunset and went out on top, being the Legend he still is. Then to now go to this season it can be hard on him I’m sure.

As an Aussie and a Lawrence and Kenny fan, I’ve always admired Eli!
That dude is a genuine beast, 2nd all time in wins in SX, a load of MX titles, but that interview showed Eli’s time has come! And that’s totally ok!
After doing a hall of fame career, coming off an injury that robbed him of a 3rd SX title, that 1% hesitation to launch off insanely rutted quads etc, is all it takes to stop being dominant!
Makes me sad in some ways!
He has nothing to prove and if he goes on to beat Jett and win the title, get just one more win, or never get another podium I don’t care cause he is an absolute legend!!!!!!🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

@@MarkFox you’re still not making any sense bud. We’ve been rocking pink gear in this sport since the 80’s. I believe Broc Glover first made it popular in ‘84. If the color pink is “woke” to you and makes you uncomfortable, I’m afraid you’re just giving off a lot of small peepee energy.
Also, side tangent, you meant to say “too well” not “to well.” It’s something they would’ve taught in elementary school. I guess basic/fundamental education was too “woke” for you.
