Absolutely fantastic! I was blown away! The depth that goes into every second of this TAS is beyond comprehension, it's both fascinating and viscerally exciting to watch from beginning to end. Now, onto the Saturn version.

Commentated TAS'es are the bees knees and this one in particular was pretty great. I'm not too familiar with Symphony's weird ins and outs but you kept me interested throughout, good work!

I’ve always wondered why Alucard exclaims “WHAT?” when he clips through walls. Does it trigger some sort of semi-stunlock state like in the Death cutscene? Is it an Easter egg in anticipation of people exploiting the game?
You can get stuck in the game the legit way by going through the narrow hole as a bat and turning back into Alucard. I guess, being clipped through the wall triggers the same result.
The only way I could see the revenge tech glitch working was if the operation that kills/deletes the enemy is separate from the operation that increments exp and the kill counter. All of what's going on with the revenge tech must activate the kill operation but interrupt the exp operation before it can do anything.
You know what? I'm so curious about that extra Outer Wall area... it does have Finale Tocatta yet the layout is from the normal OW stage. Have you explored the area completely? This is the very first time I've seen this area.
What is going on At 34:24 what version is this and how the he'll are you super sliding like mega man/ sonic good run but do this on Saturn and PlayStation noo way but none the less good run I guess what are you using to attack as well every time other than the forms of animals
BTW, I saw alot of people pulling off a move where Alucard goes flying sky high with a weird blue beam trail following under him. How to perform that move?
Multiple speedrun and TAS videos have had commenters suggest getting it. Because, you know, making a trip all the way to a whole new area you never go to in any category just for a slightly stronger weapon (that probably isn't faster DPS because speedrun = bad stats) is totally worth it in the end.
+alrepedo35 If you are standing when Fairy comes out, she starts trying to talk, if she finishes while in the Shop, you can suddenly pause, so you go to Sell Gem, and then Pause as she finishes, equip the gem your were gonna sell, now the shop will still accept the gem(because it took the reading when you entered Sell Gem) but you don't have it, this kicks the integer into -1 aka 255, now you sell all of THOSE gems, and have way too much money for your own good, and buy all the crap, and hypothetically, you could do this limitless times by unequipping the gem you wear and just repeating the whole glitch
I guess all that's left now is a run with all upgrades, all bosses, all relics and 200.6%... i imagine that would take, i dunno ... fifteen minutes more than this?

Get the relic called gravity boots and input down up and jump. You can do it as many times as you want in the air but it consumes mp
