@Jeyurgi And I know with age and slower metabolism you can actually bulk up more beyond 25 for sure! When it comes to baseball pitching and sprinting mid-20s is the peak... I'm sure that's true with many strength exercises... But it is very interesting that people who may have a peak marathon speed in their 30s will actually improve their times with slower marathon speed when it comes to 100 mi races and 24-hour races... Counterintuitive results, So strength and stamina and constitution are metrics that do not align well with one decade of age over another... I have yet to see data that shows being in the 50s as any advantage but it is weird with the aforementioned results for these ultramarathoners even push up into the upper 40s... and not at all so clustered around low 40s like you might expect if you were to believe this argument at all and know the results...

@Jeyurgi
And I know with age and slower metabolism you can actually bulk up more beyond 25 for sure!
@@mickeydrago9401 oh you are right, there is absolutely no way strength peaks that early
Wrist injury
Its not fair 45 year old John vs 33 year old Devon.
wdym, this was not far from prime john. prime devon is 49 yrs old .
in 2015 john did beat larrat and he is much older, john is greater
Devon had an injury and were still recovering at that time. Also, Devon is stronger left handed, than he is right hand :)
PsychRock97 if both men were in their prime Devon would lose. You can't argue that
Sam Winchester You can technically argue anything (within reason)
@@DANGJOSy, LARRAT también consta de una buena técnica
Tristan M ik that John is the GOAT but imo, Prime Devon would barely win against prime Brzenk..Devon is more technical and has more table IQ than John brzenk..But john’s specialty is hook and his crazy endurance. Devon has the bigger forearm, longer arm length, heavier weight. John has much more power to his hits. Add them all up, Prime Devon would just barely win against Prime Brzenk because of the advantages that Devon has against him..Again I might be wrong, I might be underestimating Brzenk but if you have the IQ and mentally, you couldnpretty much win
Devon Larratt in his prime would absolutely destroy Brzenk in his prime.
DestroX 7 2006 brzenk would've destroy prime devon
nop
john was injury in this match!
DestroX 7 John beat lupkes like he was going through butter, and lupkes has beaten Devon multiple times. If they were both in their prime Devon would lose
Sam Winchester Devon owned Lupkes in their armwars match
A bad day but the real champ beat him in 2015 when he is much older .... And larrat is also a great but i dont think he can even move cypelnovs hand ....but john fucked cypelnov many times in 2009 john was strong af
Mr.iMpOssiBLe he beat Cyplenkov because earlier in that year Cyplenkov pulled a little too hard with Lupkes and had to have surgery. Your right, left handed Cyplenkov would go right through Devon lol
Also if you go look at the match between Denis and John left handed he beat him in like 5 seconds. John isn't a lefty tho. But denis would destroy Devon, that's what I think why Devon refused to fight him
+Tristan Morton ...what denis had a surgery after match with lupkes ... thats weak.
Mr.iMpOssiBLe he'd still beat Devon if both were healthy
No real champ was the one that won this day. 2015 Devon has already had multiple surgeries and recovering with long rehabilitation, everyone knows this, he was not the same guy as in this video. Devon in this video was a beast, real true Devon power.
hahaha john not even trying..
XD yes obv he's not trying in world's Champion Tournament title😂 how cringe your comment is
by cheating
laratt is a vegetarian
Was he?
These random and incorrect comments are killing me 😂😂😂
There is no power or strength save in Allah
Fuck off with that bullshit
الله يلعنك يا كئيب يا مريض يا محروم
there is no power and no strength save in Allah
Um your on the wrong video because in that video the force between those 2 arms could tear the universe into pieces
