We've burned some pretty good sized brush piles too. Actually got some nice "sun" tans on my face from the heat. Could leave the big ones for 2 or 3 days, come back and they could be fired right back up. Brought back some good memories. Thanks for the video!
I love a good winter fire!! I got it honest though since my Mom was close to being a pyromaniac!! Together one summer we contracted to burn a 20 acre plot of land in mid July. Started it on the leeward side of the land and followed it to the finish. We were black covered in soot and sweat and we LOVED every minute of it!! And I enjoyed yours too!! Thanks
Come on you can make it! Choooga...choooga, yeah made it!! Never doubt it, lol it's a Deere! Beautiful sunset with your dad on the tractor, reminded me of a picture on a calendar. Nice fire, very relaxing for an evening video.
Some brats, a few super long pointy sticks, potato salad and pork and beans, a couple brewskis or hot chocolate, lawn chairs and that little adventure would have been a winter picnic.
Brush pile burning day was always my most anxious day. Grandpa would light it in the dead of winter with all the snow, jump on the tractor and leave it unattended all night. I was always worried the fire would get going and travel into the wooded area. there was a good 400-500 ft between the wooded area and the brush pile but I am an anxious person.
Just started watching you and your Daddy this past winter but really enjoy your videos. They seem very real and not commercial at all. Love finally seeing the JD with the loader on. I'm a big fan of a good ol loader tractor
Yes remember that kind of snow back in my very young teens. Had chains on the rear drive Farmall M but no 4 wheel drive back then LOL. Would have never thought of going through the snow that you are showing. Thanks for the great video.
I remember 1 year my father with MH 44 Special was spreading with our Hawk (side, tank) spreader. I was pulled behind on my sled and had a hard time staying out of the wheel tracks to stay upright in the deep snow.
Loved the bonfire, tractor ride and snowplowing! Also enjoyed your dad getting to use his new chain saw. Bet he has been really wanting to use it. It would have been a good time for hot dogs and hot cocoa. My husband and brother-in-law were not such good planners. My husband once started a small fire on a gravely piece of land we own. Started it without really clearing the area that great and ended up melting part of his shoes trying to stamp out some little fires that got away. He ended up getting help to put it out and it hasn't happened to him again. Love him, but he doesn't always think ahead. I didn't find out until later and haven't let him forget it, but what can you do? Thanks for the great video and take care.
We had a Same saturno 75 hp we could only put chains on the front because back fenders were to close. We ran hills similar to yours except we were just off the Tughill plateau, much more snow. Nothing like a big bonfire in the winter! Chewing thru hard snow is an adventure. No bucket, but 7 ft snow blower got many places.
Perfect burning weather!!!
The time you spend with your dad and these videos will prove to be some of the most meaningful times of your life.

You and your dad are so good together explaining everything you do. Thank you

My wife cooked some stuffed trout in the coals of a brush fire, I shall never forget it was awesome!

Men & Fire - what a beautiful thing...
Really pretty scenery. That 7405 is a nice tractor.
Thank you for sharing the beautiful scenery. You must enjoy hearing the owls at night with everything being so peaceful in the winter.
Watching a fire is as peaceful as watching flowing water in a creek.
I bet you guys love having that shop w/ heated floors this time of year - tractors always start, etc. Thanks for the video!!!!
That was a nice fire guys, it really took off at some point.
Some brats, a few super long pointy sticks, potato salad and pork and beans, a couple brewskis or hot chocolate, lawn chairs and that little adventure would have been a winter picnic.

Great night for a fire and a sweet ride to go do it
I bet that snow really fills in the valleys between those hills.
River there to supervise, I love it!
Seems like the lighting on all open station loader tractors leaves a little bit to be desired. Thanks for the videos☺
That 7405 is a good little tractor. I'd love to find one of those in good shape had a good price.
