    If I can be a little critical, yet constructive, I think the music gets a bit loud over the quieter talking parts, kinda hard to focus. Maybe bump the dialogue a couple of db?
    The new format is dope btw.

    Currently having pain in the achillies tendon area, I can squat but would you advise to train legs without foot pressing movements until its back to good

      Manage loading to where it feels in control - and give this a watch - should have some stuff that’ll help!

    Dr Seth is 5 days a week too many if the 5th is mostly skill work and bodyweight stuff ?

    Hey Dr. Seth, are you done with conjugate rn or are you just running a more hypertrophy biased program / block? Also what is your usual training split for conjugate? Thanks

      I'm running a "I just put myself through the most stressfull meet prep of my career, I want to chill for a bit" kind of block lol.
      Normal split on conjugate is:
      Sat: ME Lower
      Mon: DE Bench
      Wed: DE Lower (Sometimes ME Pull)
      Thurs: ME Bench

      Awesome - its not going to be a cookie cutter "this is the split to run" as much as it's going to be "this is how we can think about training so that we can make the best split for you"
