If you turn off fog will the addon monsters stop spawning

Not with my experience. I believe it’s mainly a matter of taste, and if you’re on console the fog could be pretty heavy on performance!

Hey David! I don’t remember which item that it is, but pretty much all of the items can be bought from the traders at some point or can be crafted if you get items from the slayed monsters.
