I have an alvasion fracture and a dislocation on the pip on index finger. it is now 4 and a half weeks i can not straighten it fully and i can bend but not all the way like the rest. they gave me a splint that covers the top of finger with one bit of tape so i can move it during the day. i have done so much exersies but it just wont strighten. it is still swollen and the tip of my finger is still numb. one nurse said just force it and bend it on a table haha - i tried but it is so painful. i hope it can still improve as this is my good hand. my other arm is weak from a stroke! i am 33
I am trying to find out what type of ingury and if it can be corrected as well. Scans showed chip of a bone pulled at the middle joint of my pinky. it's basically mallet finger by in the middle joint. I don't have hyperextension on other joints just chip of bone pulled at middle joint and I can't fully extend my finger now but other joints in pinky move fine.
I have psoriasis. I also have arthritis and my hand is almost bad. I'm in a lot of trouble. There is no cure for it. Can you tell me who to contact? I haven't found a doctor yet. . I have two joint p.i.p and one joint d.i.p. My 2 fingers are almost bad. I am from Pakistan. So please give me some advice that I need a doctor to treat my disease. .

I have this but in ecography my tendon or slip is not broken, what else could cause it? can it be due to an elongeted tendon or slip?

I have that deformity due to a cut.
After 2 months of my Dr.'s repeated denial of my fractured finger I too have acquired a deformity possibly requiring surgery.
