  • A 15 minute pilates mat class for Beginners+ to Improver level. This routine will stretch and strengthen the body as well increase flexibility, tone and core strength. I've included many traditional pilates exercises to work the core as well as lots of technique tips to help you understand how to do them correctly. I teach in real time at a steady pace with clear instructions to you can do it along with me. A great class to take 3 times a week to build strength and improve your practice.
