The gel in the video is pure sea moss with nothing added. You save money and get more sea moss when you make it yourself. It's very easy to make. You also know that it's fresh. Fruit infused sea moss is usually dosed with more fruit than sea moss so many people don't get the full benefits.

I will respond later when I find the video which was reference by Yahki Awakened. I also called a man who sells the real Seamoss and you can go to his land to buy it and see it he also stated it does not have all those minerals. Sure the moss helped you but the ,92 minerals are not in it. 😢

@peggycook3333 You mentioned a study, and then you said it's facts based on a video that you watched and someone that you spoke to. None of that is lab analysis. I work with a few sea moss harvesters, and they will all tell you something different regarding the mineral content. I care less about the amount of nutrients and more about the benefits that my customers are receiving.
