    I'm doing it.. It's been 2 weeks already... And the result is, my skin face is more glowing and tight , my weight loss for 5kg. But instead of drinking water, I also did an exercise at least 10 minutes a day.

      @@jelly7235 Drinking only water helps you to burn A LOT of fat. When you burn your fat it starts with your face and arms, after that comes the belly and legs.

    Went on a cut, been drinking a gallon of water for the last 6 months. It was very hard to do at first and I was in the bathroom a lot at first but now it’s easy!! It has helped me lose about 40 pounds. 230-190 :) my cut is 2,300 cals. 200 grams protein

      @Vincent K. I woke up and drank a decent amount to start the day and then just made sure to slowly but surely drink it all throughout the day! Tried to get it all done before bed so I wasn’t up all night using the bathroom.

    Here's the easiest way to lose weight:
    1) One *Green-Tea* teabag into a large lidded jar full of coldish tap water.
    2) Stick it in the fridge for at minimum 15mins.
    3) Pour it all, drink it all.
    4) Refill once again with the same teabag and stick it back in the fridge for 60mins this time as the teabag is mostly drained.
    5) Pour it all, drink it all, throw the teabag away.
    And there you go; using just a single *Green-Tea* teabag a day, you can lose weight effortlessly.
    This is my personal daily routine and it works amazing.

      I put water in a large jug with chopped up lemon in it, leaving even plain water in the fridge let's the chlorine in the water evaporate, comes out nice and chilled, top it up after each glass to keep supply up

    Yes this is the 8th weeks of drinking 10 cups water per a day its not easy but the healthy feeling is i feel lighter energetic the pain I use to have on my neck and shoulders is gone i don't get hungry its amazing how it's changed my life.

      Is it that one where it says 'hear me out on this one?' That one has some valuable information, I watched it to laugh but it recapped very important things like hydration and that you should never excersize with a deficiency in water or food and you need salt to prevent cramps.

    I eat less fatty and surgery things. I drink a lot of water and take very longs walks, at first I thought I was just wasting my time but omg the results are showing! My clothes have started becoming bigger and people keep telling me I'm starting to look smaller. Soon I'll start jogging when I gain the confidence.!

      Thick is just fat in the “right places” so don’t kid urself. I used to call myself thick too, but I had to stop tricking myself and had to open my eyes and realize I had just as much fat as the next overweight person.

    I have very dry skin and hair, so I'm going to replace all other juices with water and I'll see what happens. I'll try keep you updated!
    Day 1: Not much of a change, but my skin isn't as red. Updates coming tmr! Plz remind me if you see this 😂
    I forgot to update, but water is my main drink now and I prefer it over alot of other things I've drank in the past and it's helped a lot!

    im 126 pounds and i know some people class that as skinny but i really want to get in better shape i barley drank any water and sometimed none even no other liquids i just didn't see the point in it its like when your hungry, you wouldn't go eat something if you were full so i never drank anything when i wasn't thirsty and i never really was thirsty i drank less than a cup of water everyday, it didn't affect my weight so much but really effected my skin, i had alot of acne and it was so dry my skin would peel, i do struggle with dry skin naturally but drinking water does help I often struggle to remind my self to drink some water, so i reccomed you drink a glass before you eat (wether its a meal or snack) its proven to help loose weight but its also a really efficent way of remembering to drknk and boosting your metabolism especially if you drink cold water!Hope this helps, be safe happy 2021 and thank you for taking the time out of your day to read my essay😂 x

    One f my friend’s cousin tried it for one month....and it did work....Because of the pandemic and Becoz of the fact that not most of us can go to school, our lifestyle has changed so much, that we don’t have a proper food management, including me, I’ve gained weight and most of the students at school is tryingout glowups by dieting😂 and me🤦🏻‍♀️

    water is really great. I was thinking the same thing thats why I decided to watch this. Because they say that an empty stomach just makes you gain weight,but water is great as it fills your tummy up so to solve the problem of an empty stomach,plus theres zeros calories in water. If you dont like plain water there are water tablets you can put in your water that give it a fruity taste,i been doing that and their great :)

    .. when i feel hungry , i drink water 😊 simple as that .
    More water , more pee .. ( thinking where our food intke go 😄 ) but nothings wrong with that if you're only at home. Limit your intake when you're outside of course . 😊 you can monitor also the color of you're pee haha 😄

    Cold water is not good for our health,warm water or room temperature water is good for our health.If you drink warm water or little hot water in the morning on empty stomach your digestion will improve and it also helps in loose your weight.

    I'm a heavy gal and I drink 2 gallons of water a day, warm. I don't like it cold. I pour the gallon of water into a 20 ounce tumbler with a straw and funny...I am so thirsty faster. It's easier to drink water warm. In a week, 6 lbs gone. I never feel hungry. So in the past week, I have opted to eat less carbs as well. Mostly proteins and I love it.

    I weight probably 41 lbs and I’m trying to get rid of belly fat so I will do this for probably a week and see if I loose I just drank a bottle of water-3cups so I I’ll drink 1-2 bottles of water a day I’ll update soon

      It takes time, I exercise 10 minutes every day added with drinking a lots of water, I lost 20kg in 3 months, so just be patient and don’t lose hope

    Sadly I can't drink that much water I have a very rare condition called polydipsia, it's a kidney condition that doesn't allow you to drink that much water as a normal person plus it's easier to get UTI's from it and....it just hurts
