  • Regardless of any of us ever wants, the reality is that change is inevitable. So if we know that change will be a part of our lives our entire lives, and if we know that we master what we practice, then it is wise for us to take the time to practice how we handle the changes that we will inevitably experience.

“What I love most about rivers is, you can’t step in the same river twice, the water’s always changing always flowing.” 🍃 - anyone recognize these song lyrics? 😁

So much wisdom in your videos! Even if I know some, I keep relistening because I want to keep them "in front of my head and not in the back of it". 😊 Thank you for creating such a great content for all those in need (to remember some times, at least...)! 🙏🏻🕊️

Great video! Indeed, our entire life is a continuous change, starting with our bodies (they grow and change from the first day on this planet)! I think that only society/environment conditioned children/people to be constant and think in the same way so they would control the masses easier (it's a sort of lazyness of the society/environment that have been imprinted in children=future humans: instead of taking the things/situations as they are, we're taught to expect things/people to be the same so we wouldn't think too much in those new situations, which is crazy in a way... This is how habits get formed, but habits keep us in a place of less thinking/comfort zone/ which leads to brain death: loss of memory, inability of thinking according to the situation, etc... ). People should be taught to embrace change, not certainty because nothing is 100% certain anyway...

I love the radio program. In person. the visual detracts from Doc’s credibility. This video is filled with cliches. Nothing new here. He has many better vids.
