In my opinion, socks have to be just high enough that the tongue of the shoe does not touch your skin in the front, and same thing at the back of the shoe. Last thing you want for shoe is to get darker at those parts because of the friction with your skin and sweat.

Ya they all stretch up, from all brands. Def stick with your shoe size, but the key is to bring them all the way up then slide down to mid shin, I’ll talk about it in a vid soon
