I think some companies are giving us hope that everything will be fine but nothing is fine every fresher want a good job every experience person want promotion but the thing is every body says that skills is every thing but even a upskilled person is also not getting the job so what is the use of upskilling? Hope all of the people understand that IT market is changed or it is not a right time to enter into IT jobs, someone please reply on this
Then we have some high Onboarding possibilities for elite phase 1 right? Though they don't have enough projects on other hand. Already many of them got terminated nd now it's gonna held again, so if they terminate employees then lack of vacancies there right
Government ko kathor kanoon banana chahiye. Companies ki manmany karane se rokane ke liye. Ek employee 10-15 saal dene ke baad companies koi na koi bahana banake nikalana start karne lagati hai. Aur employees ko bhi jagruk hona parega in companies ke khilaf virodh karane ke liye. Aur virodh karane me koi rulawat aa rahi hai to government ke samane usko rakho taki government uss rukawat ko samapt kar sake.
