Fallen Order is just such a gem of a game. I first played it during the beginning of Covid and I basically remember everything. And recently I played it again on harder difficulty and it is still soooo good. One of my all time favorites, really.
@@eminsahin8751 I would definitely say it is. It is a story driven adventure game with great (Souls-like) fighting mechanics. All of the Tomb Raider games are solid on PS4. Definitive Edition is probably one of my favorites but talk about a game that is full of action and puzzle solving it's just as good as Uncharted imo and I absolutely love the game play and story lines.
@circle2867 They took away the mature rating and made it a Teen rated game for the final 2 entries. They took away what made the first game so good and that was the mature setting in my opinion.
I only played the first 2, and they are both close to being bad games. The gameplay is fun enough, which is why it goes to at least average. Then you have the story, which is non-existent. It's so forgetable, i can't remember anything at all. Some stupid quest, and bad guys attempting to stop you. Even worse is the dialogue, they talk so much garbage all the time. 3/4 of at least the first game is just Lara trying to save her friends. Then some of them dies, she screams, they scream, yelling, more yelling. Bla Bla Bla more complaing about the nature of their lives. Idiotic talk throughout the entire game. Play Uncharted instead, it's not a thoughtprovking masterpierce, but there are at least characters. Characters where you don't want to mute them all the time, personality, jokes, passion, and in the later games some actual motivation for the game to actually exist. Tomb Raider is everything games should not be. Soulless, annoying, full of filter between gameplay and empty characters. Hire some real screenwriters, the core gameplay is fun enough.

I love that you put Tomb Raider in the list, it really is a great oldschool adventure game. Even though many people shove it aside as a 'Uncharted wanna be' I dare to state that it is better, or at least more complete of a game. All the parts of the game like the puzzles, exploration, Set pieces and combat seems to flow more naturally to me. Uncharted, although it is great, feels more formulaic and gamefied with very obvious combat arena's and a bit to many unbelievable AAA set pieces. You can't move a minute without the forced tension of slipping of a cliff or cliche's like that.
Only the gameplay could be argued as better in Tomb Raider, and that's only because the Tomb Raider games are newer. Everything else is inferior, especially anything thats related to the narrative (I won't even bother as it's complete dogpoop in Tomb Raider). Of course it could be cool with the tombs in Tomb Raider, if they weren't total crap. They are just variations tied to gameplay mechanics, meaning that after 2 or 3 tombs, they are just repetitions of previous tombs with some variance in layout. Then I rather not have more than 5 tombs. In Uncharted it's much more nuanced, and are actually unique. But of course they don't have as many as Tomb Raider. Quantity vs quality. The cinematic AAA sequences is a matter of taste. I obviously like it, but the obvious slipping of a cliff is indeed annoying after more than 20 times.
