I think she’s probably died, probably by accident and they’ve covered it up. I believe they know she’s dead. They show more concern for how they look to the public, than they do to where Madeline is right now, she is supposed to still be missing after all. So they should be very concerned for where their daughter is, I don’t see any genuine concern in any of the interviews I’ve seen.

I was very moved when I stumbled over your extremely sad comment. I personally have been lucky that my lovely daughter is safe and healthy but I think one doesn't have to have a great deal of imagination to contemplate how one would react at the tragic loss of a child, as in your case. I have commented elsewhere that I have seen documentaries about missing children which describe the utter devastation parents suffered when their child went missing - and still suffer, many years, even decades later. Many parents gave up their lives and the will to live after their child was taken from them. One can clearly recognize your grief in your short comment, but in all the interviews and statements those parents have ever made about their poor little girl, the only thing that comes over clear is their self- pity and attempts to divert blame from themselves -
natural parental grief is never there, not once. My heart goes out to you and may the Lord bless and protect your son. 💑

Okay, no problem - I fully understand your rage at a couple who have no cares for anybody but themselves, who show contempt for the people who tried to help find their little girl, but who themselves couldn't even bother to search for her. They didn't want anything but money.
GTR MAN My daughter, Michele, passed away 9 years ago suddenly from a brain aneurysm, like you, I still cry about her when I talk about her and even when I don’t talk about her. There are days the pain is just as bad as the day I found out she died. As painful as having a child die I cannot even imagine how painful it would be to have a child missing, not knowing where she is and what is being done to her and her being so afraid, it would kill me, I seriously could not go on. They did something to her, whether on purpose or accident they killed her and the cowards they are will never tell. Look at the money and publicity they are receiving. Gerry is loving every minute of it. It is probably a good thing Madeleine is safe in Heaven who knows what kind of a life she would have had to endure having him for a father. There were no conclusive results from the cadaver dog. He could detect blood and cadaver, so we do not know which he detected. The blood could belong to a living person. Nowhere in the PJ Files does it say that Eddie definitely detected cadaver, but there is doubt expressed in those files.

If you watch the video of the search which is on You Tube , both dogs alert in the same places: behind the sofa, in the wardrobe, Kate's clothes, cuddle cat toy, car door, car boot. Both dogs now work mainly with the FBI. Hair & body fluids (showing evidence they been frozen, but then thawed) were found in the boot. Hair found in the boot had no roots, DNA testing back then required roots. Recent DNA advances mean roots are now not required & leading US expert offered to retest the hairs for free last month in the UK Press. Cue total silence from Mcanns & The Met (who recently got more £ for the case).

Yes both dogs alerted in the same places, with Eddie indicating in other places too. As Eddie could detect blood as well, then this could be a simple explanation as to why he alerted in the same places as Keela, neither dog would alert to fresh blood and neither dog could distniguish between blood from a living or dead person.
Forensics questioned Eddie's alerts, asking why he passed by areas several times before alerting and why he ignored cuddle cat several times, even tossed it in the air, but only alerted to it once it was hidden from him.
He didn't alert to cuddle cat when it was taken outside for further inspection.

The biggest clue for me is, that when he said they were still being investigated, if they were innocent then they would be more 'outraged' that they were still being investigated but he said it like it was fair for them to be investigated them, which suggests that they are guilty!
I’m a man of almost fifty years who lost his father over six years ago. When I talk about him in depth, or detail to anybody who isn’t family it’s a struggle to not become emotional or even cry. I had a great dad and that’s the price you pay. If I were to discuss a child in the same circumstances I wouldn’t be as controlled and void of emotion. We’re all different in our approach to sensitive issues, but I don’t consider myself to be overly sensitive. I think I’m more like the vast majority of people

That means she had everything needed to sedate Maddy, except for the medical equipment to monitor heartbeat ect and that's why thing went wrong. Kate knew if ppl were aware of what kind of doctor she really was, that suspicion would fall straight on them. Smh

It is what he said that disgusted me....."In a missing persons case like this" ! Does a grieving and distraught father describe such a tragic case this way ? I very much doubt it - even after ten years I would have been devastated had my daughter been allegedly "abducted" (which I never believed for one moment !).
What a weird, bizarre, extraordinary pair they are. Every interview sees them eternally preoccupied with ensuring that everyone and his dog knows that they haven't been officially linked with Madeleine's disappearance. They're also constantly at pains to state that there's no evidence to suggest that Madeleine is dead. Yet, who truly believes either scenario given their decade-long focus on distancing themselves from blame rather than demonstrating genuine emotional loss, suffering and pain? To my mind, Social Services appear to be contentedly disinterested where this couple's well-publicised child neglect is concerned...but why is that, I wonder? Personally, I find it quite astonishing that such highly irresponsible, parental behaviour has been effectively condoned by those that are supposedly there to protect children's interests. That being so, it seems to me that some folks are clearly in the wrong line of work where Social Services are concerned.
Meanwhile, Gerry and Kate's friends in high places consistently protect them, it seems, so that the McCanns remain untouchable in any sense of the words. On reflection, I'm not sure what worries me more - my deep suspicion that they disposed of their daughter's body in some manner or other, or the frightening thought that those in 'high places' may have very good reason indeed for assisting in the wall of silence and protection that the freaky McCanns seem to enjoy. Never let it be said, ever again, that 'Nobody is above the Law' because this dodgy, unconvincing pair blow that theory clean out of the water every time they open their mouths - in fact, they're as guilty as sin in my eyes.
Watching them strut their 'celebrity' stuff whilst repeating their simpering, self-obsessed, regurgitated waffle is nothing short of an affront to innocent little Madeleine's memory. These two are a truly vile, inhuman, emotionless pair, and I sincerely hope that one day the truth will emerge and they are finally exposed to the world for what many of us believe them to be. That day can't come soon enough - nor can true 'justice' for Madeleine.

Lou Lou: Like you, I remember being greatly surprised at the McCanns showing no grief whatsoever right from Day One. Initially, I put their behaviour down to the shock and trauma they'd been through. However, this feeling didn't last long once I began noticing that they seemed more concerned for themselves than their missing daughter. Since then, it seems they've tried every trick in the book to suppress all questioning of what really happened...yet I still see no emotion, regret or acceptance of responsibility for the fate of their daughter. It's as if they've been somehow 'unucky' rather than the irresponsible parents they are for leaving mere tots alone while they went went out boozing with their precious pals. No, their behaviour is not normal, lou lou - in fact, it's anything but. However, they've never missed an opportunity to make an appearance on guest shows, just as they never fail to hold hands. A little squeeze to say "shut up before you drop us both in it" might be the reason for that, but who really knows? Still, Kate looks 20 or 25 years older these days, even if Gerry's barely aged. Maybe that's an indication of the strain she's under, but there again you'd need a heart for that, and I'm not sure either that of them has one. They know far more than they're letting on, and only a fool could would trust this creepy, rather deceptive pair further than they could throw them.

So why would he think different. Kate suppose to have even carried on jogging. After maddie had just gone missing. I mean who does that. @2:19 There's a recent vid where a cook at the restaurant describes how the McCanns stayed indoors while everyone else in the neighbourhood were searching for her...that says a lot about how "pro active" the couple were in their daughter's search right from day one.

Robert Murat a friend of the McCanns lived at the very end of the street where the McCanns were staying. Gerry McCann could've easily carried Madeleine away to the Murat house just 150 metres away and be back before a cup of tea got cold that fateful evening. A witness E-fit photo does show a resemblance to Gerry and he did leave a light coloured pair of pants with the same buttons on the bed in the apartment.
Later Murat hired a car for the McCanns 23 days after Madeleine's disappearance and left it on his property, so that would help with the removal of Madeleine from his property, and he would likely have insisted upon it. As that was shortly before he was made a prime suspect. Martin Grime's dogs substantiate that the hire car was used.
The Murat home was searched the following month only to find Madeleine's DNA. She was likely moved while they had the car two weeks earlier.

The parents are somehow responsible for Madeline's death. Maybe they over dosed her with cough syrup so she would fall asleep faster, so the parents could go out to dinner with friends. Or, some accident happened earlier in the day and she died. To cover it up, the parents took turns every 30 min. looking in on their kids, while having dinner with friends, to make it appear as if Madeline was abducted sometime during the time they were out to dinner with friends. It makes a good alibi for the parents.
The parents are guilty, no doubt in my mind.
There is no evidence of a death. Don't say 'the dogs' because that's nonsense. Nowhere in the files does it state that Eddie definitely detected cadaver...he could also detect blood and blood could come from a living or dead person.

They moved the body with the rented car, dogs picked up cadaver scent inside the car. The dogs solved this case 10 years ago.
How did they do that? Nowhere in the PJ Files does it state that there is certainty that Eddie detected cadaver. He could detect blood as well, and that could be from a living person. So what makes you think the dogs solved the case?

I'm pretty sure that's documented that a cadaver dog picked up the smell of body fluid and blood behind the sofa, the main bedroom closet had traces of it and the rental car had two spots detected . Also curious where Gerry's tennis bag mysteriously disappeared to ..they give me chills at how detached they have been throughout this entire case.

As for the dogs....Eddie could detect both blood and cadaver, and for that reason we do not know what he detected.
It would have been better if he was a cadaver only dog.
Much of what we were led to believe about the dogs initially came from the press, but later it was Amaral who demonstrated his misunderstandings of the dogs ability that led him to conclude a corpse had been in the McCanns apartment.
There is nowhere in the PJ Files that states that Eddie definitely detected cadaver, but there is an expression of doubt by forensics who questioned why Eddie had ignored areas several times before alerting.
Both dogs alerted to behind the sofa, so did both dogs alert to blood, or did Eddie also alert to cadaver? We simply don't know.
There is quite a lot of doubt, so to say that the dogs solved the case, is so far from truth.

In my opinion, I believe that the father is the one that had his daughter “abducted”. I also think that the mother knows what happened and is genuinely distraught, but can’t say a word because she’s being controlled.

Lei P Only the parents of maddie know what really happened. At the end of the day you and I can only speculate. Nobody knows which way she died. We can try and suggest this and that. But what differents will it make. The Head of Scotland yard thinks she was abducted. So that's what I meant by saying that remark.. The Evidence what the Portugal Police found. And the dogs ect. Would not be strong enough to get them convicted. If they were took to court with only that evidence. The McCanns would come up good excuse and reasons.for what evidence the police found they would walk. That's the way the British law works.
