The King of Limbs basement certainly has better cinematography......you can't see Jonny noodling his guitar in the 'In Rainbows' basement session, and lets be honest, Jonny's musicianship is largely what is great about Radiohead
I love Radiohead! Everything they do is so absolutely perfectly done, each sound is crafted so exquisitely. I cannot understand how come they are so absolutely gifted! Every little nuance, every little absence of noise, every little thing is so on purpose. Thank you for this great reaction video. It's one thing to be able to copy them and play their music, but it's an entirely different thing to create this. I think they are probably the most gifted musicians on the planet.
After In Rainbows From The Basement, I highly recommend you to do The King of Limbs From The Basement too. People might think TKOL is a weak album, but if you watch TKOL From The Basement i'm sure you will appreciate the album more than you think. The complexity of the album they manage to did it live so beautifully.
I much prefer the basement version of the record I think if the studio album sounded that good it may have been considered one of their best records and the addition of the bonus tracks are also fantastic.
I keep missing these! Lol. For some reason they don't show up in search or on my homepage at first. The King of Limbs From the Basement is arguably just as good, if not better!
Weird Fishes is kind of my favorite song, but I wonder what would happen if theyd played Lucky in this session. Id love to see them play Lucky live in studio, in a more elaborate version than they usually did.
In rainbows, video performance is outstanding. My second favourite album with my first being OK computer original release. It's my favourite video release. This entire album states strap in, ready for a journey? Just the reaction I was expecting. Brilliant review 👏👏
Pleeeease keep going 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼, from the basement has an In Rainbows version and a King of limbs one, both amazing. I also recommend you to check Thoms solo sessions, open again and Suspiria piano version for Pink lady studios ❤
Hello, you should absolutely discover an album by Leo Nero titled "Vero" from 1977. He was the singer from the italian cult prog band from the late 60es "Il balletto di Bronzo". This solo album is MAJESTIC and rare as hell. Check this video: Leo Nero - Una Gabbia Per Me (1977) LYRICS/TESTO but the whole album is great!
Please do all the basement session for In Rainbows and The King of Limbs as well, the latter personally my preferred choice of listening than the actual record You won't be disappointed, love your content 🙏🙏

Brilliant. You might as well do all the rest of the songs from this session now…….😁✌️
I will!
basement king of limbs has my favorite performance by them, lotus flower. if they toured again and you traveled to see them, you would not regret it.
This version may be better than the studio, I go back and forth
I love how versatile they all are 🤗
“Weird fishes” I loved this song since the first time I heard it.
Thanks Dean for doing this 😊
It's about time.. 😅
Looking forward to part 2.
👍✌️
Radiohead is one of those bands that I respect but have never gotten into to--but I got into this video…
I was the same way til I started my reactions this past year. Never 'got' them back in the day.
I think you'd be impressed by the King of Limbs basement session.

Radiohead - Weird Fishes /Arpeggi (Kutsal Kaan Bilgin Cover) - The best cover I ever seen!

Keep going!
The "Later... with Jools Holland" performance of Weird Fishes is better
Yay
