    Aeri, I always look forward to your uploads! I never tried making Korean food before seeing your videos, but now I have a real passion for it! I only wish that we had a local place that made it easier to buy some of the ingredients, but at least there are online shops! :) Thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes and obviously kind heart and sweet nature. Your videos are a joy to watch!

    Watching you work, I am totally convinced cooking is a work of art. I stand here amazed and utterly sure I could never make this. I'm thinking you've got that certain something that makes all your food turn out well and that if I try to imiate you my attempt will just fall apart. But that looked sooo good.

    @Stephaniebobo
    As you see, it's not much of butter.. so you will be okay to skip it.. maybe you can add a little bit of olive oil or cooking oil instead ??

    main ingredients: 1/2 lb Ground Beef, 4 oz Tomato Sauce, 1/4 Cup Onion, 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 Tbsp Hot Pepper Powder (or Chili Powder), 2 1/4 tsp Garlic, 1/2 Tbsp Green Hot Pepper, slightly less 1/2 tsp Salt, 2 pinches Black Pepper, 1 Egg Yolk

    @monochromemanett
    No.Vegetarians will have to watch out for cheese because an essential ingredient in the process known as Rennet is derived from the lining of a baby animals stomach. This ingredient allows the milk to separate into solid and liquid, as this is naturally done in the stomach of a young calf, lamb or kid (goat) to ease digestion.
    I think it happens in us too!
    Anyway so most big brand cheeses tend to use a Non animal rennet, however there are many popular cheeses that use this.
