Aeri, I always look forward to your uploads! I never tried making Korean food before seeing your videos, but now I have a real passion for it! I only wish that we had a local place that made it easier to buy some of the ingredients, but at least there are online shops! :) Thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes and obviously kind heart and sweet nature. Your videos are a joy to watch!
Watching you work, I am totally convinced cooking is a work of art. I stand here amazed and utterly sure I could never make this. I'm thinking you've got that certain something that makes all your food turn out well and that if I try to imiate you my attempt will just fall apart. But that looked sooo good.
Oh my goodness!! Miss Aeri!!! This is DELICIOUS.. I'm eating it right now with my husband and we love love love it.. it was very easy to make and taste is EXCELLENT!! Thank you so much for sharing your recipes.. we love you..
Hi Aeri, i've watched almost all of ur videos.. really good. learned more korean food.. i've tried some of ur recepies too. turned out well..my family njoyed.. thank you for your great work.. god bless u.. from india..
@Mara2Wild It can be any kinds of vegetables you like. I steamed the broccoli and made harvard beet dish.. the sweet and sour flavor from the beet matched good with the bread... I also served with pine apple to give some fruit group..hehe thanks
@meomkk I will say just try it and don't throw away... when you work with the dough.. if the dough is too wet.. you can sprinkle some flour to work with on it... let me know how it turned out.. thanks
Dough Ingredients 1and 1/2 cup +1/8 cup Cups All Purpose Flour, 1/4 Cup Water, 1/4 Cup Milk. 1/2 Tbsp Butter, 1/2 Tbsp Sugar ,1and 1/8 tsp Active Yeast (1/2 Package), 1/2 tsp Salt
@Stephaniebobo As you see, it's not much of butter.. so you will be okay to skip it.. maybe you can add a little bit of olive oil or cooking oil instead ??
looks great!! I will have to try it now.. my husband likes meat stuffed buns but it's a lot of work, this seems much simpler and so cute! thank you! and I love the bible verses you include in the end...
Oh my goodness I cannot wait to try this one!! Though I am a bit of an amature when it comes to cooking meat :s Do you think you could tell me whether you place the filling on the dough when its warm or do you wait for it to cool? Thankyou for another great recipe!
You can make one big loaf using all the ingredients it's mentioned... however if you still want to divide it half.. here is for you.. main ingredients: 1/2 lb Ground Beef, 4 oz Tomato Sauce, 1/4 Cup Onion, 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 Tbsp Hot Pepper Powder (or Chili Powder), 2 1/4 tsp Garlic, 1/2 Tbsp Green Hot Pepper, slightly less 1/2 tsp Salt, 2 pinches Black Pepper, 1 Egg Yolk
hello aeris!!! im assuming you can fill it with anything, as long as its not too wet? and you can brush the top with olive oil instead of egg if you wanted, correct? mmm, imagine putting herbs on top of the bread, or some sea salt, right before it bakes! sounds delicious. i will DEFINITELY try this! thank you very very much
@IluvKirito did you use exact same amount what I did ?? you are in usa and use same measuring cup right ?? I made this several times.. didn't have problem like you.. oops.. sorry..
I will say..use ground pork or chicken instead.. not sure about tofu.. you can serve with any kind of sides you like.. salad.. pickles..sounds good to me. thanks
@monochromemanett No.Vegetarians will have to watch out for cheese because an essential ingredient in the process known as Rennet is derived from the lining of a baby animals stomach. This ingredient allows the milk to separate into solid and liquid, as this is naturally done in the stomach of a young calf, lamb or kid (goat) to ease digestion. I think it happens in us too! Anyway so most big brand cheeses tend to use a Non animal rennet, however there are many popular cheeses that use this.
Hey aeris, would you like to make a tutorial on a healthy school lunch box ? I live in europe ,so unfortunately we don't have healthy asian food at the school. I really miss it, so I will be really thankful if you could make a easy turorial on how to do it. Thanks much XX
@ginduf Well, there is vegetarian chili, and I'm sure you can find, like, wheat flower somewhere. You can probably also make it with vegetables or tofu and use soy cheese.

가족들이 참 좋으시겠어요. 맛있는 거 요리하시는 거 잘하시니까. 쉬워보이면서도 요리가 저한테는 아직도 어렵네요. 그래도 비디오는 가끔 챙겨봐요.
I will say..use ground pork or chicken instead.. not sure about tofu.. you can serve with any kind of sides you like.. salad.. pickles..sounds good to me. thanks
