I make a lot of baby quilts and now I’ll be adding a prayer quilt square from the same material for the new mom. I will also be adding a little cross inside every quilt I make from now on. I’ve always prayed as I sew and piece the quilt together for the person I’m making the quilt for....asking God to wrap them in His loving care and to give them peace and comfort. So inspire! Thank you!!!!
I am just learning to sew and I love that I can do this. I am a Christian and thank to you my church is now going to do them as a craft project. Ty and God bless you for all you do
Dear Jen, I have been making these prayer quilts like crazy. So far I bet that I have made around 200 quilts and have given them all away. I have gotten very positive feed back for these. Thank your customer and you for sharing this great project.
I've made and will continue to make these for my fellow police dispatchers. They loved them! I'm so grateful for this idea and pattern. It feels great making something that helps people spiritually.
Thank you for this tutorial! It is perfect for our little mission called Sweet Child of Mine (we make infant gowns, blankets, etc. for babies that don't make it home from the hospital). We are making these little pocket quilts out of the same fabric of the baby's gowns so that the mother has a piece of the fabric to keep. Your tutorial will bless many.
That is amazing. We see a sewing group. The women sew little blanket, stars, hearts ans Butterflies. The familys are very sad. This unborn babys are called Sternenkinder. It means starchildren. They are always there, even when they are little angels. Like stars. You can't see them in the day, but they are always there.
My daughter and I have been making these for years. Between the two of us we've given out over two thousand. Sometimes people are having a hard time and they just need a little reminder or pick me up. I give out a lot at the hospital since I'm there all the time with my husband. I've made them with military colors, fire fighter colors, and police colors. Sometimes people just need them like an extra hug. Sometimes people say that's the nicest thing that's happened to them in they don't know how long. My husband has to go to five different clinics including the dentist and I've given one to everyone in their offices. Doesn't take much to make people happy and it's like a compliment, it makes you feel as good as they do. Have a great day❤️
I saw this video several months ago and saved it so I could make these for Christmas gifts. Today was the day. Great instructions. Thank you so much for sharing. God Bless you and Merry Christmas!!
It is December 22nd 2020 and I am watching this tutorial. I ordered two pocket packs a while ago but have been working on projects for Operation Christmas Child and then on actual Christmas presents. My best bfffff just lost her son in a car accident last Monday. Needless to say things are really sad right now. But she and I are going to make pocket prayer quilts this weekend to keep our hands and hearts busy and as a way of thanking the Lord for His constant love and for our friends who stay by our sides through thick and thin. God bless you💕
Precious! I have some crosses but have many hearts. My daughter is writing a little poem about hearts and love that I can use. Thank you so much for this idea. God bless and keep you. May HIs face shine upon you and give you peace during this virus.
Thank you so much for this video. The Lord had put this idea into my mind on several occasions, and this time I put prayer cloths into google and yours was one which came up. It just seemed so right and doable. Praise God, so lovely. I started making them straight away, and the Lord is using them to His Glory. God Bless from Joyce in the U.K.
Rasita Winner sounds to me like just what they might be needing in their pockets. I say that because we all carried ours in our pockets when we worked, shopped or whatever we were doing. The men had to get used to the idea before they would take them from their night stands and carry in pockets
This is a lovely idea! I can't wait to make some to give out. I know a lot of people who are scared, hurt financially or ill and this would be like a "worry stone" or extra reminder that they are cared for. Thanks for sharing! I'd love to see more things like this shared.
How kind and sweet. Nice to know there are such kind people in the world especially in a time of disorder. It makes the world a better place for sure. Blessings from S.E. TN.
OMG! I LOVE this idea! I will be making TONS of these to share with EVERYBODY from the grocery store clerk to the healthcare workers I know to all of my family members! Thank you SO much for sharing this with us! We really need tangible reminders of hope right now and this is a wonderful one!
I love these and plan to make some for my sister's church. They love to have things to give parishioners who are ill or grieving. I might try to stencil the prayer directly on the back fabric.
Hi Jenn! Love your video on how to make pocket prayer quilts. I have a take on that mission of getting crafter, sewers and quilters a desire to make Pocket Quilts for Veterans. Since Veterans are as diverse as America is, I thought about all the faiths and human conditions that can be shared and expressed to Veterans. So I looked online, as it turns up, all on Amazon stores, the best charms to put inside the pocket quilts. So I found the Star of David, the Islamic/Muslim crescent moon as well as eastern practices like Buddhism, Tao, Confuscism, etc. as well as universal human conditions like patriotism with a patriotic star, love; with a heart, and the hand with the eye in the palm, that's about protection. I made up labels for each one of these for folks to print out and cut up and attach them. I and my sewing friend have committed to make up and send out hundreds of these to three dedicated Veteran Healthcare facilities in two different states. If the two of us can make over 1,200 in the last six months, just think of how many more can. I just figured out how to create a RUclips channel but I did it today and you are the first person I am sending this mission thought out to because you have the BEST video on how to make Pocket Prayer Quilts that I hope turns into a sewing, crafting, quilting movement that can be met for our Veterans. (During COVID-19, we too made face masks for those in need! We are kindred folk. From Feb. 2020 to Nov. 2021 I made 4,500 and they were 4 ply with pliable nose, reversible, washable and fitted. Made up quite a few sizes for face sizes 2 years old to 99. Not one was ever sold.) Hope you know that there are a lot of folks out there that appreciate you making this video and I refer folks to it all the time. Want to put it up on our new RUclips Channel that I just put up this morning. Bless you and thank you Jenn. Take care.
Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful prayer quilt with us. I am so excited because I was browsing for craft ideas . I saw your prayer quilt and said Wow that’s it! Totally loved it! This Saturday I am starting a new Women’s Bible Study and wanted to share something memorable and I saw your tutorial on prayer quilts. I know the ladies will love it as I have. Thank you again! God bless!
This Pocket Prayer Quilt is the perfect craft! That is awesome you are sharing this with your Bible Study group! Thank you for your support and comment! 🥰 - Abby
I had never heard of "pocket prayer quilts" nor "Shabby Fabrics" ......... I am so thankful to God that I opened up a pinterest Gmail and this link was the third idea I saw ........... I believe in God and most definitely prayer ....... thank you for sharing this ........
Thank you Jen. This was timely - I was looking for something to make and send to those I love. People who have lost loved ones. People who are ill. This is just perfect.
Thank you so much for this idea. I've been crocheting prayer squares to send to our deployed military members. This will be another item I can make to send to them. I didn't have any sound when I was watching the video and I don't know why so if you mentioned where to purchase the little cross pendants, I couldn't hear. Can you tell me where you purchased the crosses or if you offer them at Shabby Fabrics. Thank you and stay safe. Jackie
These are great for sending to the Military! We are temporarily out of stock for the kits, however we do have an email sign up so you can receive a notification when these do come in! ~Leah www.shabbyfabrics.com/Pocket-Prayer-Quilt-Pack-P85831.aspx
Thank you for your time and effort to post this tutorial, well done by the way. I've read the other posting and everyone has supper great ideas of ways to share the Pocket Prayer Quilts. I came across your tutorial by accident, but I think it was a divine appointed accident because I am excited to get started on this project. I think I shall give two to each person, one for them to keep and one for them to share.
Thank you Jen. This was timely - I was looking for something to make and send to those I love. People who have lost loved ones. People who are ill. This is just perfect....Blessing
Just found this tutorial. Perfect. I am unable to make one this small. Would it work just a bit larger? Where can I find the crosses? Bless you for sharing this. Mary ps I subscribed
Love this! Ordered the packs. Thank you. I’m the wife of a retired military chaplain. I have people who could use these especially now. Thank you for sharing.
Received my little Pocket Prayer kit a couple of days ago. These are just too sweet for words. I'm going into production when the sun comes up. Thank you Jen for your kind nature, sharing nature and your sweet spirit.
If you have non-locking forceps in your quilt room (so handy to have!) that will make it super easy to turn these tiny blocks. Love this tutorial and I will be making a LOT of these to give out.
I, too, love this project. There are so many who need to feel loved and this is a beautiful way to express that love. Thank you so much for sharing your talent and the "how-to"... I've had to watch your tutorial several times to get my little quilts right, but so worth the time. I've made mine with a tiny eyelet/buttonhole in one corner (I haven't stitched the outer edges) and put a charm (fish shape with "blessed" in the center) on a jump ring and then a key chain. Blessings to all at SF and who follow you.
Jen, I absolutely love this!! So beautiful and the message is perfect! Definitely making some! Thank you for such a great tutorial!! You are a blessing to us and may God bless you abundantly!
I have made several of these prayer pocket quilts & the recipients have really appreciated them. I bought your kit and especially love the little crosses! In fact, instead of hiding them, I tie them on the outside with embroidery thread. I wish I could attach a picture. Thank you for creativeness and sharing your ideas!
We are sew glad to hear that you enjoy this cute pocket prayers!! You can always share your photos with us through Facebook or Support@ShabyFabrics.com. Thanks for watching! -Michelle
Thank you so much for these... I have made 100 of these lovely Pocket Prayer quilts and they are being distributed to 100 people. It is a wonderful way to share love, hope and support, especially at this difficult time of isolation for us in the UK. Each one has a small cross inside and a card with a message. I added some scraps of torn up wadding (those bits we usually throw away!) to slightly pad the inside (not too much as you can't feel the cross if it's too 'stuffed!) . . Thank you for this beautiful gift.. "made with love and stitched with prayers"
Just wanted to say about the pocket prayer quilt / the string that is tied to the quilt is a blessing prayer in a larger prayer quilt when some one is sick ladies of a church get together an make a prayer quilt each will pick a string an say a prayer for the person that is sick an tie a knot they add extra strings for anyone that would like to say a prayer for the sick .. this is the purpose of the tie string .
That is so beautiful, thank you for sharing. I just made a quilt for my first Grandbaby who is due in May. I'm going to ask family members to pick a string and say a prayer for him (and mommy and daddy). Especially during this time.
What a tremendous, beautiful, and meaningful idea! Thank you for sharing! I think I might try making the outer layers without an inner layer of fabric, turn it out, press it, and then slip a small square of fleece or felt (cut just shy of the width and length) in the middle before top stitching to close up the open edge. These will be fun to play with!
It is now January 4, 2023 and I just found this you tube. thanks so much for sharing this great idea. I know that I will be making many. Thank you for the pattern and the great and simple instructions and confidence
Hi everyone. Our quilt ministry has been making hundreds of these. They are wonderful! But one great shortcut that one of the ladies came up with. Instead of sewing and turning right side out. Just stitch a quarter inch all around the square and trim with pinking shears to finish. No need to turn inside out which takes a lot of time and limber fingers. Lol.
Thank you for this video, Jen and thanks to your customer who shared the idea with you. I love this and can't wait to begin making some and sharing with others.
I was looking for something to make for a nursing home not far from my house for Christmas. I cam across this pocket prayer, perfect. Thank you for showing how to make them. God bless you Laurie
I have just completed my first 20 of the prayer pockets for my church. I will make more - but I just wanted to add that the hour glass pattern makes the closure easier to complete because there is no seam in the way of your remaining seam allowances. Thank you for this great gift. My minister provided the prayer for my pockets and the people that receive them will recognize her thoughts.
So glad to hear that you've enjoyed the project, and great point about the hour glass pattern! We love that your minister provided the prayer, that makes it extra-special.
I love this pocket pray quilt. I was watching you on RUclips and I just had to make them. I plan on making one for each member of our church. Thank you for sharing and God Bless ❤
What a perfect little, but meaningful quilt to send in cards and attaching to face masks...my church family will love these. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙏. As an experiment I put wrong sides together and serged. Put a little drop of Fray check on ends.. saved the hassle of turning and it looks like a lace edge..❤️
Probably someone who is not a believer in Yeshua's death, burial and resurrection for our sins. They don't want the cross, just a nice saying. Thank G-d for Jesus!
Marian Boncato there's always gonna be haters. Can't control them, only you. Say a prayer for them as you stitch up your next ppq (pocket prayer quilt). I always say prayers for whoever receives these, why not them too.
I just ordered my cross packets! I cannot wait for them to arrive... I will begin making my mini quilts and just not close them off. Thank you for such a wonderful 'giving gift'! I had said to my hubby early on in the pandemic that I wish I had something I could make that he could put in his pocket and hand out to the store clerks, etc. when he is out and about, but just couldn't put my finger on it - and here it is! Thank you so much - you are a blessing!
Could I just use pinking shears to cut them out, then zigzag all sides? With arthritis, I think it would be too difficult for me to turn inside out. This is a precious project. God bless you.
Pam, I love that idea. Thanks so much for suggesting it. I plan on making lots so that would save so much time. Also, you could use the cotton batting. Plus, I have a rotary cutter with the pinked blade. I feel an assembly line in my future. LOL. God bless.
Thank you Jen!!! This is a wonderful gift to give to someone right now. And a perfect little something to put in a Mother's Day card or birthday card , thinking of you card, etc......
Never mind - I see I can cut and paste the little copy. I was imagining a page with multiple copies for multiple pocket quilts - but can retype or make a screen shot and make my own.
Carol Liege, Carol, I have alway had challenges with computers and printers. But what I have learned over the years is, type one prayer, then ‘copy’ and ‘paste’ that to another section on the page. By the time you’re done coping and pasting, you will have an entire page to print out. Hope this helps. Stay healthy. Have a great day!
@@geraldinelombardo7434 Thanks, Geraldine. You can't cut-n-paste from a PDF, but it was easy to grab a screenshot once I saw the square in the lower right corner. I could also have retyped and repeated, or used a full sheet of a label template in Word. Both alternatives if you're going to try it too.
Pearl Bouchard: Have you tried making in 2 1/2”square yet? If so, did it work? I’m trying to work out mine, the raw measurements, that is. Could use any advice you have! THX!
Annie Littlewolf yes I did, slightly too big . 2 x 2 that is working out very well . Am finishing a embroidery and will do example of another one 2x2 strips lenght 5 inches . Will send a pic of it .
Annie Littlewolf also working on a rosary pouch - to go,with the pray pocket- one side of pocket pouch for rosary and the other side the Pray quilt. Been playing with that
Ann. Am trying to upload a pic on the Pray quilt - I did mine 2x2 and it works out well . Also did the pray on fabric photo paper and printed the Pray on the fabric photo and just applique it on the back! Would like to show you but cannot upload the pics .
yes i can not find the prayer to print out it says you have to pay for it i clicked on the download all it shows is the pattern to make the quilt not the saying so where would i look at
What a wonderful project to make. Never seen them before but I intend to make and send so thank you. Thank you for showing how and u r so right, people need to know how much they r loved and appreciated x
I love quilting and sometimes it's fun just to dabble with a small project. This tutorial caught my interest as I have plenty of scraps. I decided to make these as a gift for my Mom on Mother's Day. She likes giving things away far more than getting them. I'm going to make her a dozen or so that she can hand them out to her friends in church. That will make her happier than getting another little trinket. I simplified the pattern a little by using a slightly heavier fabric for the back and eliminating the third piece and I also dropped the step of squaring up the hourglass blocks. Instead I'm using the 2.5" square as my sewing guide and then trimming away the excess from the hourglass block. Works fine and saves me a step. I'm also going to put the knot in while pushing the needle through the small loop on my cross charms to keep them in the middle. Thanks for sharing this tutorial.
Thank you for sharing the changes you made to the pattern and what you're going to do with these! We love hearing your plans for them and the different tips and techniques you have. Let us know how your mother likes them, that sounds like the perfect gift for her.
I dont thank you enough, I started sewing in August and you have helped me so much. I’m looking forward to ordering some stuff. Bless you and have a great day... Seymour in Texas
What a special gift to give people at this time in our life’s right now. Thank you for this. My daughter in law Easter Sunday lot her grandma. So going to make these for her family.
I have made many of these little prayer quilts. For the back I have printed the prayer onto muslin fabric and sew that on for my backing. No need for pins or losing the little card. I have also enlarged a little to make it easier for me to sew.
Jenn I want to Thank You Sew Much for this.. I have Made Some and Making More.. I Love them..I have been able to Buy a pack of Multiple Crosses in different sizes all small. and different finishes..I also put a pocket on the back for my Prayer..❤Your Tutorials..Thank You Sew Much .
Thank you, Jen, for sharing this wonderful idea with us. Your timing could not be better. Definitely on my todo list. Lots of love ones I can reach out to. Have a Blessed Day
These pocket prayer quilts are awesome! Your ad showed up right after I finished watching my church service on You Tube this morning. Perfectly placed ad! That finished at 11:30 and I'm still on your site almost 3 hours later. Your tutorials are wonderful! Thank you so much for all you put into them. What a blessing it was to find the precious tiny quilts. I can't wait to make a lot of them for all my friends and others as soon as I finish making face masks - and receive your little kits with the crosses. I was also thrilled to see your 1/4" braided elastic and hope that gets here quickly. I don't care much for the elastic I'm having to use on the masks right now. I'm sure I will be checking out many more of your excellent videos. You do a great job. Thank you.
Thank you for watching! We hope to have more of the Pocket Prayer Packs available some time next week, so keep any eye out! Stay safe and healthy! ~Leah
This is the first I’ve heard of a pocket prayer! I love this!! I will be making a lot of these for my family and friends. Thank you so much. God Bless and stay safe and healthy.🌷🌷👍😎🤪🌹
I’ve made several styles of the Pocket Prayer Quilts throughout the USA to Friends and handed them to complete stranger that have gone the extra and that seem to need a little something. What an amazing reaction! Jan, Thank You for sharing especially during this time!

That is exactly what my daughter and I were doing is sending a box of fabric fabric masks and some pocket prayers.
What a wonderful idea!
Nice but hardly practical for them to carry at work at the moment

These are great for sending to the Military! We are temporarily out of stock for the kits, however we do have an email sign up so you can receive a notification when these do come in! ~Leah www.shabbyfabrics.com/Pocket-Prayer-Quilt-Pack-P85831.aspx
Jackie Moosman I order mine by the 100's on etsy. The last batch I ordered was 1000 because my daughter and I share.

Thank you Jen! I know a lot of people who could use this Pocket Prayer Quilt now. So nice of you to share this project.
Glad it was helpful! Let us know how yours turn out! - Morgan
Thank you for watching! These are perfect for a pass it forward project! Happy sewing! ~Leah
Thank you Jen. This was timely - I was looking for something to make and send to those I love. People who have lost loved ones. People who are ill. This is just perfect....Blessing
We're so happy this project inspires you. Thanks so much for your kind comment! -Michelle
So glad you liked this! Thank you for ordering from us, and for making these for people in need.
Received my little Pocket Prayer kit a couple of days ago. These are just too sweet for words. I'm going into production when the sun comes up. Thank you Jen for your kind nature, sharing nature and your sweet spirit.
Hi Leslie! Thank you for watching! These Pocket Prayer Quilts have been very popular and everyone loves them! Have fun and happy sewing! ~Leah
I love this everything about this. Yet another reason I am a lifetime Shabby customer. God Bless and stay well!!
Thank you so much Melanie! We appreciate you!
Thank you Jen for sharing the love of God in your video.
Thank you so much for watching.
If you have non-locking forceps in your quilt room (so handy to have!) that will make it super easy to turn these tiny blocks. Love this tutorial and I will be making a LOT of these to give out.
That's a great idea! Thank you for sharing! So glad you'll be making these! They're so much fun. - Morgan
Hi Donna- We are thankful that this project has inspired you to encourage others. Thank you for sharing your gifts! 💖 -Michelle
Great idea to make and send to retirement centers! Everyone needs some hope right now!
That's such a lovely idea! - Morgan

I absolutely love these pocket quilts. I can't wait to make lots of them. Thank you for a very inspirational and uplifting gift idea.
Thank you! These have been very popular and everyone loves them! Happy sewing and stay safe! ~Leah
I'm glad I'm not the only one that loves to spin the seams. It makes it fun and almost a secret that only you know, in your quilt!
That's such a great way of putting it! We love that there's a little secret in the quilt.
I'm not religious, but many in my family are. These would make incredible gifts for them. I'm excited to make these for them! Thank you so much!
These will be such nice gifts for them!
Thank you for sharing this pocket pray quilt . I’ve made several and given them to so many people who have enjoyed receiving it❤️
We are very glad you enjoy this project! -Michelle
Could attach a heart charm as a "heart"felt thank you too.
We love that idea! - Morgan
Could have a heart inside instead of the cross - we're not all christians - and it would make a sweet friendship keyring or bag tag.
-Michelle
I just finished the cloth face masks and was looking for the next project. This is it! Love the message of hope during this quarantine time!
We're so glad you like this! We think this is such a great way to share peace, hope, and love during this time! - Morgan
That is such a sweet idea! Thank you for sharing! Stay safe and happy sewing! ~Leah
That is awesome! Thank you so much for sharing!!
Wow :) Didn't know that...Thank you
That's so sweet, thank you for sharing that with us! - Morgan

That is so beautiful, thank you for sharing. I just made a quilt for my first Grandbaby who is due in May. I'm going to ask family members to pick a string and say a prayer for him (and mommy and daddy). Especially during this time.
Amen!! We all need reminders of God's love. Bless you!!
We agree with you! Such an important time for those reminders.
That sounds like a good idea! Let us know how yours turns out! - Morgan
It is now January 4, 2023 and I just found this you tube. thanks so much for sharing this great idea. I know that I will be making many. Thank you for the pattern and the great and simple instructions and confidence
Hi Lori - We're so happy that this project inspires you. Thanks so much for your comment. -Michelle
Lol.
What a fun suggestion! Thank you for sharing, and we're glad you've been able to spread encouragement to others with these Pocket Prayers! 💖 -Michelle
That’s what our ladies group decided to do. Went so much faster.

I was looking for something to make for a nursing home not far from my house for Christmas. I cam across this pocket prayer, perfect. Thank you for showing how to make them. God bless you Laurie
What a sweet idea. Thanks for watching. -Bethany
So sweet. You could add a button or a charm in the middle tied with the floss.
Great idea! That would make these even more special! - Morgan
Maybe a thin flannel for "batting"? Could work, and be a tad "softer"😊. Adorable idea, now I want to make some!
Yes, that's a great idea!! Let us know if you do make these! We'd love to hear how they turn out. - Morgan
I love this pocket pray quilt. I was watching you on RUclips and I just had to make them. I plan on making one for each member of our church. Thank you for sharing and God Bless ❤
Such a stunning and cute project it is! Happy that you love it and we appreciate your support and comment! ❤️ - Abby
I ccould see printing the prayer on fabric and sewing it on as the backing.
That would be SO pretty! - Morgan
I was thinking the same thing!
Betty Manoulian w
Same here, might even try to learn how to use my brother scan-n-cut to make the backs. Then the saying would always be there.
Betty Manoulian I had the same idea too. Because I want to do these for my grandkids and they will lose the card. As would I, no doubt.
That's such a cute idea, we love that way of finishing this! We're so glad you like the project and will be sharing with your church family.

How could someone not like this video!
haha. Thank you for that morning laugh.
Thank you! These have been very popular and everyone loves them! Happy sewing and stay safe! ~Leah
Could I just use pinking shears to cut them out, then zigzag all sides? With arthritis, I think it would be too difficult for me to turn inside out. This is a precious project. God bless you.
I think that is a great idea!
That would be lovely! Let us know how yours turn out! - Morgan
Pam, I love that idea. Thanks so much for suggesting it. I plan on making lots so that would save so much time. Also, you could use the cotton batting. Plus, I have a rotary cutter with the pinked blade. I feel an assembly line in my future. LOL. God bless.
Pam Satterfield that’s a great idea!
I thought I'd try serging the edges, with right sides out.
Thank you Jen!!! This is a wonderful gift to give to someone right now. And a perfect little something to put in a Mother's Day card or birthday card , thinking of you card, etc......
You are so welcome! We love the idea of adding these to cards. That would be so special! - Morgan
Since the kits are sold out now, could you make a printable version of the prayer sheet available until they're available again?
We have the prayer added onto the free download so you can copy and paste that, and print right from home! :) - Morgan
@@ShabbyFabrics I don't see it. www.shabbyfabrics.com/Assets/Downloads/PocketPrayerQuilt_forDownload.pdf
Such a marvelous idea, a pocket prayer quilt and a fabric face mask to everyone we see!
We love the idea of handing these out with masks. What a beautiful symbol of comfort and safety. - Morgan
Has anyone that sewn the pocket Pray quilt by chance enlarge the pattern to 2 1/2 by 2 1/2 . Which would be much easier
To turn .
If someone has, we'd love to hear how it worked! :) - Morgan
Am finishing a embroidery and will do example of another one
2x2 strips lenght 5 inches .
I love this idea!!! I can’t wait to make some!!!
You will have fun with these! They are a great project! Thanks for your comment! - Abby
yes i can not find the prayer to print out it says you have to pay for it i clicked on the download all it shows is the pattern to make the quilt not the saying so where would i look at

What a great idea! What do you think about adding a pocket on the back to place the prayer in? Would that make it too thick to work with?
That's a cute idea! It will be thicker, but it would probably still work. Let us know if you give it a try! - Morgan

I was also thrilled to see your 1/4" braided elastic and hope that gets here quickly. I don't care much for the elastic I'm having to use on the masks right now. I'm sure I will be checking out many more of your excellent videos. You do a great job. Thank you.
