hi I got the ACGAM Electric Standing Desk ordered on geekbuying today. The desk worked fine for several hours, but then it froze and didn't want to go down, giving error E02. I tried to reset but the desk only went up to the maximum height 115 cm. I keep trying to reset by trying to hold the down key but I only get the error code E02. what should I do?

@@r0ut366 the control box is fixed under the desk, is there a way to get a new control box sent?

i think it is the control box that is faulty with its gyro. has been fixed as you can see. Could I get a new control box without changing the whole desk?

In my case, even before fastening the desktop on the frame, it gave me the E02 error after lifting up a few millimeters.

@@zmemph You will get this if the control box is not secured. Any movement of the control box when the desk is being raised or lowered will trigger an E02 error. If you want to test the desk at this stage, use tape or similar to temporarily secure the control box to the frame when you move the desk up and down
