Avoid large jobs like car dealerships and grocery stores that require multiple people for daily cleaning. If you are considering hiring, then larger jobs make sense. How to get them is putting together a portfolio of your work, and going door to door to present your services and sign contracts. People can't hire you if they do not know about you or why you are the best fit for their business.
