I’ve seen comments about using the power ups. I don’t really like using power ups because it’s just annoying to have those bomb ones I hate those. the way the power ups are lined up I wish there was a way to choose the power up instead of wasting the other power ups just to get to the one power up. Idk if I made any sense.
But yeah this is how I play anyway. You can dislike the video if you don’t like the way I play Smash Hit. I might play smash hit some time sooner. So yeah, 😅

Omg it was the same with me! I had played this when I was like 8 or 9, and I made it to level 7, and was so shook by how difficult it was that I quit. I'm 12 now, and I eventually beat the game. I've beaten it multiple times now. 😌

Exact same for me, hadn’t played this game in 8 years since I was 4 and the nostalgia kicked in…
For those of you who want some tips on saving balls in Endless Mode-we’re talking IF you come in with 5 balls and not just one that is (and you’ll need them because there’s not as many crystals to get more.) At 30:37 with the bottom 2 crystals all you need is one hit centered in between the 2 to get both crystals. Keep in mind that the planks that fall do not always need to get hit down. They will occasionally fall over on their own especially at first. Subtle differences there. The red electric looking lines many of them, you will glide right past without having to knock out. Some will be higher/some lower. Really have to keep a look out to see what will knock you down to one ball.
At 31:12 you DO NOT need to hit that block wall down. You go straight through it, it will not make you go down to one ball.
At 31:17 if you lob your shot correctly it will knock both sets bars out, and it will bend to the side. Sometimes you may have to hit the big center part (so only 2 shots needed instead of 4) By far the best way to knock out these things are to use the yellow bomb if you have one right in the center.
At 31:28 for example you only need to hit the more wildly swinging hammer. The one that moves less you don’t have to knock down. You’ll move right past. If they’re both wildly swinging I’d hit both of them. Wait until you’re pretty close though or it’ll just bounce off and not break it.
At 32:44 those plank looking things only need one good smash as close to it as you can and you’ll go through. Max two shots, but they’re not as impassable as they appear at all. The yellow bombs are the best way to knock these things out however keep in mind they are more powerful, they are not as accurate. If you don’t aim as precisely, it will not hit the target as well. (will fall past it)
I saw several times using way too many balls through the glass.
As you go on farther in endless mode everything gets not only faster, but also harder to break as easily as before so they increasingly need more shots to break. An important aspect is to use those green circles/multiple shots every single time you see a new one come up, activate it to retrieve the new one. Even if you’re out of balls, you may be able to use remaining green circle things to get possibly more crystals or green circle things. (So you can go farther than you thought you could.)
The one thing I dislike about this game are the timer things that slow everything down. I only used them in a couple scenarios (when 6 or more crystals are lined up together in a row.) Otherwise I avoid them.
As I said you need them or you won’t get too far in Endless mode. My greatest distance has been 20071. My edits involved adding a couple notes I spaced off the first time.

When you make it to checkpoint ♾, that’s when you’ve pretty much beat the game.
Real OGs remember this game having only checkpoints 0-9.
Checkpoints 10 and 11 were added later on.
I wish they kept on expanding this game with more checkpoints.

Checkpoint 12: neon/futuristic
Artstyle: Black shiny surfaces. All outlines, including glass, neon.
Features: decreased gravity (like in checkpoint 5), flying glass cubes (in a random grid-like pattern, reminiscent of 90s video games), metal turbines (with a glass axle in the middle), 25-ball crystals, a lot of moving lasers, tough glass (requiring multiple hits to be broken), etc..
Checkpoint 13: tranquil/oriental
Artstyle: Blue mist, pinkish-white surfaces.
Features: no gravity, passage of time varies slightly, metal block cannons (use balls to push the blocks away), metal "spiders" (anchored to walls by multiple glass appendages, that need to be broken in order to pass the obstacle), metal cube frames (similar to checkpoint 9, only this time they can only be pushed by balls), etc...

I remember beating this game in one month when I was 15 yearsold. The most difficult part about this game is if you lost you have to restart from 0. It’s probably the game that im a pro at so far.

HEYA it's me again. Just looking back at this video and wow never expected to get this many views. The one thing I like about this game is the Music. Idk why but playing the game gives me anxiety because of the crashes. However, it's still a great game. The only thing I dislike are the power ups idk why but I think those powerups are a waste of time except for the multi ball one. That one is fine but I barely use it.
The music in this game is *chef's kiss*. very very beautiful 👌. My favourite music is still checkpoint 9 zone 1. It gives me this mysterious vibe. I'm currently playing Danganronpa and the music at 20:56 give me class trial vibes. That's why it's my favourite.

I call checkpoint 10 “tricks of the wizard” because the 10+ ball crystal shapeshifts into 5+ ball crystal if you get closer and then the 3+ ball crystal when it’s right in front of you. And of course checkpoint 7 is what I called “The place of impending doom”

Checkpoint 9-2 is my favorite part of the game cuz of the soundtrack and the course. Its so relaxing and it was a good choice to put it because of the incredible stress i felt in checkpoint 8-2 and 9-1

I remember playing this as a kid and trying to get over checkpoint 7. Yesterday i download it again and made it to 10 and today i made it to endless. If you practice a little and have a few tactics, you can go pass harder levels. Such nostalgia. Great video! 👌

Damn, the last time i played this was at my 8th grade, I'm grade 12th right now and i remembered that i actually never heated this game, I'm a f2p player so i probably just gave up at checkpoint 7 or something. Thanks for the amazing video, i really wanted to see how the game ends
As for the game itself, it's so spectacularly made for a mobile game that i wish it had some lore behind it or something. It just gives that ominous vibes but pretty relaxing aswell, maybe something like how the portal "franchise" lore would make sense for this ^^/
