I'm excited. Every week I have friends over and the Atari 50th has become our personal arcade at home. Looking forward to getting everyone's initials on the high score charts on some of these new entries to the 50th. Might start with Red Baron this weekend
Atari 50 is great! So many great games that I played as a kid and still enjoy today along with the fascinating history and stories behind the games. The Wider World of Atari DLC is worth every penny in my opinion just due to the multiple versions of Berzerk being included among other things. One of my all time favorite titles that I originally played on the Atari 2600. The voice enhanced version and the back story on how you pulled that off working within the limitations of the hardware was really cool. Thanks for all the hard work putting all this together.
Having to come to a crawl just to make some of those turns in Super Bug just demonstrates how awful the chosen steering system was that Digital Eclipse went with. You did it so much better with how you implemented it for Sprint 8 and Indy 500/Race ("Race 500") elsewhere in the collection.
Really loving the updates, are there any plans to include more Atari 800/ST stuff in the future? That would absolutely rock for people like me who grew up with that
Awesomenauts? Just give us anything. Talk about the problems and difficulties to get it back up. Is it to expensive to run the servers??? Whats the Problem and why is it taking so long? I want to play!
@@jeremiahthomas8140 Well that's really not bad, they are dedicated Atari publishers so they are within arm's reach if a new deal was to be made I would think, they wouldn't even have to sell it back to Atari, but even then with the good will created by the current Atari, I wouldn't be surprised if they do sell it back.

I am glad Battlezone got a mention. That is by far the biggest hole left at Atari. Hopefully, Atari can buy Battlezone back and fill the hole.
Any news on Awesomenauts
Awesomenauts updates, please.
What about the activistion 2600 portolio? These games and backstories may be interesting

Annything about Awesomenauts? The last actualitation was three months ago.
Wheres space invaders ?
Wish the dlc included more Jaguar titles and info. Especially would have wanted CD titles such as battlemorph
Atari does not own Battlemorph. Atari would have to license it or buy it back.
@@jeremiahthomas8140 They don't? This surprises me as they published both games back then
@@NOLNV1 Atari under Frederic Chesnais in 2019 sold Battlemorph to Songbird Productions.
