Another great option is looking for community designed bricklink/brickstudio sets. A lot of them are free with full instructions, and you can just order the parts online. A great Panzer IV set for example costs around 50-70 dollars.

Para bellum bricks sells really great 1/45 scale designs! It’s from Germany and they have the most detail I have ever seen in a set!

Brickmania is definitely the best, and the price certainly reflects it. They are expensive, but another option is to buy the instructions only, and build with what you already have.
If you talk about sets I guess you are right. But the main problem for my finances are minifigures. People demand new history projects not only ww1 or ww2. And every new project is hundreds of dollars... Usually 600+ to get all new minifigs for both sides for a new project if we are not talking about china

I really want to find a lego vendor that sells good printed Viet Cong torsos (both AK and SKS rig torsos) or maybe some molded AK and SKS chest rigs
BrickTactical is really useful to and sells WW1 and WW2 minifigures with torso’s that have been UV Printed’ they even sell rare cloth trench coats that
have been camo printed with 9 different camouflage colour’s to choose from.

@@LCMhistory Armored Calvary is a new one... They don't have a website yet but they say they're working on instructions for custom 1:35 and may experiment with barrels. Not sure about figures. I know this cause he has an Instagram account from his eBay page (he is mostly on eBay and has really positive feedback) he also does a lot of recreations of BKM kits.

Hello, i wouldnt call citizen brick lame or lazy, i think its because of the printer they use, its a pad printer and one printer can only hold one color and one print, so if you would do 360 degree prints it would cost thousands of dollars, and brickmania and the other companies you mensioned are using UV printer which uses digital prints and ink and then uses the ink to print on the figure and its more cheaper and easier to use than PAD printer.
I agree. Citizen Brick does it their own way, and I really like the final product. I think pad printing has a much sharper look that UV printing anyway.

I know. I use them. In my upcomung ww2 animations there will be a lot from aliexpress. However originals are always better. Its a question of possibilities. This time Im out of money for expensive and had to get some cheap but still nice minifigs
