To be honest, i am never selling a course and if i do sell a course it will either be free or really really low ticket, if i was actually doing a paid thing, i would do something where i actually help you implement rather than just giving u a load of information like a bunch of other gurus do 🤟
I like your channel a lot as someone who has struggled with the copywriting. Also I think it's funny, when I was 16 all I thought about was playing Halo 2, which makes me wonder how far in life you will be in 10 years if you just keep on your journey! Amazing.
@@_ALICIA yeah and a little advice, you could probably skip college. College has become a scam and you are already ahead of most who actually go to college for marketing/advertising lol. Just my opinion.
@@lucasjsnyder LOL to be honest, I'm only going to improve my social skills since I'm quite shy with people and I wanna get better, But i defo agree, it's mostly just meh (the actual education)
I've listened to "How I write" podcast, and "ship 30 for 30" (or something like that lol).... Ali abdaal podcast (he's great), "copy that", and many others - and they're all great - but this is the best channel out of all of them - for copywriting advice! Thank you! :) You get right to the point, and pack it full of value and information, and I love that - thanks for that! :)
Thanks for the video Alicia! You deserve more subs for making this easy-to-follow guides for us starting out Can u make a video talking about how to do market research next? I'm struggling with where do I start and how EXACTLY should I do it.. (A sample scenario/target market with steps is appreciated 😊) Some say that I should go to Reddit, X, Amazon, and some forums, but I honestly need a guide and actually see someone doing it Oh, and do u have a discord server for copywriters? Would like to join if you have one :)
4, and 6 are my favs here and ig 7 is too (kinda) 4: Making a good hook will always remain important no matter what it is. Thing is, it can be pretty challenging to do so, despite having been taught or asked to do this for who knows what in school and it’s partially the reason WHY I make myself study and understand more of our English literature. Although it feels as if there’s no end to it, I’m at least able to express my ideas, and moreover, speak in a way that best suits me in what I think is clear and articulate enough that others are able to understand precisely. (This is something I had trouble with in the past, so I’m glad I managed to change) 6: Yep, I agree with this completely (Little Story) Back then with some old friends of mine, We would have this game and how the game worked would be to change the way you talked during school hours and so every second that we were together we would have to speak in a grandiloquent matter which is pretty much using bombastic language and whoever fails to respond to the recognized topic would lose and owe his or her’s a dare or a favor of their choice and this dare/favor can be used anytime whether it be the same day you lost, the next day or a month - as it was in a ticket we made that you can cash in. Anyway, none of us wanted to lose, and so, anytime when some random dude came and interrupted us just to talk or to ask for a question, they’d get caught in the crossfire and what made this hilarious is that no one would understand what we’re saying so we couldn’t answer them this was especially so during group projects in class, people would get dumbfounded How does this correlate with your video? Well, on number 6 it may be common sense, but yes, no one will understand what your on about 7: When it comes to A.I. this is something that gets everything done swiftly it’s highly efficient and it’s a tool i like to use when I’m behind on something or late for something. Now, you said there’s a controversial take here, no one is commenting on it so I’ll be the first to complete that mention A.I. is a handy tool… yes! But I see many drawbacks from using it And depending on it is a different story in my opinion Anyway, just from using it: 1) You’ll just miss out on the countless opportunities for you to learn and grow 2) It takes away from your originality of your character and if you can’t use A.I. what are you to do? You sounded professional then but are you professional without it too? This is the question that will come up eventually, maybe? 3) There’s many programs now that can detect when something is A.I. generated and it’s a bad image placed on you when caught 4) A.I. bias…
Yeh nobody really get's taught how to write a hook but the way I look at it is: For YT it's meet viewer expectation, make them think a question in their head, and open a loop so that they watch the video to close the loop
Quick question, did you ever learn a supplementary skill with writing emails like email sequencing ,landing pages(maybe going into a graphic design route) or VSLs?
Hey there. I'm really interested in copywriting, however I'm really curious about the legalities of it all. Do you pay taxes - as in % of your revenue?
i am a 14 year old starting my smma. is it ok if i ask how you create a contract for your clients. do you co sign it with a paren or is it just you? how do you go through the legal stuff?
What are some good ways to practice copywriting (and seeing the responses / conversions) to get the basic skills before attempting to do paid work for others?
Hey Alicia , really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail and also help you with the overall youtube strategy and growth ! Pls let me know what do you think ?
The first point has so much power , knowing your audience's needs and desires. One of the most fundamental parts of copy . Do you think you could make a video breaking down those points ? Maybe there's something I'm missing .
Yes! It's the most important part of your marketing tbh. It was the difference between my marketing working and. ot! I would definately breakdown these points, tbh they are SO POWERFUL!

Hey Alicia. You've said in the past that you've created a bot to help with your business, and how good it is. Care to show us how and what you use, like a step-by-step? I'm thinking that this topic/video may very-well be one of your top-perfoming future videos, if you do it. 😉
Where exactly do you have to go thru someone's ads ? And if it is on RUclips how do you guy's managed to get on there email lists because I've been trying for so long and i still can't figure it out?
I probably shouldve made this more clearer. You have to scroll on instagram or facebook, wait for their ad to pop up, click it, and you'll see a landing page to OPT IN with your email address, do it
Thank you it does show and ad but I'm still pretty new to this , when you click on the ad, do you go all the way to the bottom or where exactly should I be looking for it?
