I just purchased the PuckiPuppy Husky trike. Piece of junk. Cheap components, tires were off the rims on both back tires, grinding from the rear end. Took to a local bike shop and he couldn't diagnose grinding. Thought it might be motor or bearing. And the service is terrible. No replay after contacting service.

Sorry to hear that, but mine is fine. I did not notice any issues at this time. Everything was perfect. I will take it through different road testing and will know later how the motor is doing. Maybe you got a defective or damaged one. I do not have any experience with their support since I have not had any issues yet. yes, I do not know how they make up those names but I do not really care about the name but the bike is very nice! I am impressed how well this bike is built for under $1299
