I have recently discovered Ben over RUclips and what ever he is saying across all his videos I have tried most of the methods in past and they always worked for me.
Sleep tape sounds questionable safety-wise. Does drinking hot tea at night prevent you from lowering your core body temperature? Great tips. I’m going to take magnesium glycinate and potassium and skip the banana tea. Love your videos.
Dropping your body temp while u sleep help lose fat cause your body burns calories generating body heat
I like this guy. Or you could do 2x25 sprints a day 100 yarders to burn off fat. Then I walk back to starting line. Retired, so I have the time. It’s around 8,200 steps total from door and back twice a day , (park is 1 block away)and 3,500 strides. Takes up to 75-90 minutes each session. Tires you out. Age 69. Livin’ to 100. Lol
OK, so when I do a nice, long meditation just before sleeping, it's going to help burn fat? That sounds like a win.
I fight to get 4 hours of sleep a night (maximum of 15 minutes of deep sleep a night). I will try implementing some of these things and see if it helps. Thank you!!!!

@KetoKamp took magnesium, blackened the room, and wore a mask. slept 6 hours! With 1 hour of deep sleep! That's never happened in the 5 years of wearing a fitbit that records that info. You are my health Yoda right now. I've lost 8 pounds this month, I no longer hurt every day all day, and now I'm sleeping!?! Shame it took so long to learn all this. My body has taken a huge beating for the last 15 years, but I'm soooooo grateful that is changed. Thank you!!!!!!💜💜💜💜
You are clearly a younger person than myself, is this age proof? Us older people often have different bodies then younger people. One size fits all? Is male/female all the same?
