    Hope you are all doing good.
    It's a simple garden soil which is used in this video and few techniques to make clay the terracotta clay at home. the finished product is awesome. U can always revive if it dries up.

      hi, thanks for posting, u can definitely use it n heat it. I made a chula with same clay cooked on that stove and made jewelry and did burn it too. Please check the linked videos' on my channel for any more clarification :)

      hi, it will dry for sure, however need to follow the steps, u have drain water as the clay settle down n sun dry the residue.. hope this will be helful..

    Mam.., can we create an aquarium basement with this clay..... I mean.., will this clay act as concrete after drying...!

      hi, sorry to say it will not work as concrete. Even after burning the clay it will become porous so it won't work as base for an aquarium

    😅😅 it's very complicated ,, why using sandy soil,, we can easily get pond or lake soil,,,in every city ,,black soil from farms in every village ,,,so why using this complicated way😊😊

      Thank u for posting...but I don't have a pond near by in my city..so I tried this way n it worked for me...it would be very good to try same with pond soil if available 🙂

    hi, i have tryed it but after 3 hours it cracs and slowley braks how to fix it and i i am not wrong you made this for a class right

      Hi, I am sorry to know, I can suggest one thing is if the quantity is not big please add PVA glue while kneading..hope this will be helpful...and I made the clay for personal use...I don't take any classes...

      Hi, Rice flour se banaye huwi cheez to gal ya tuth jayegi.. app bus pot mein polythene ka bag mein shayad podha laga sakenge..koshiskijiye.. however mai ne nahi try kiya kabhi

      Thank you for query..I have made jewelry n baked it also it worked for me(video is available on Daab4do).. however I cannot guarantee as the soil available to you may vary .. my suggestion is please try a small batch. TQ

    Greetings & Namasté. I love your video, and thank you very much for it. I would like to make some planter pots, and am wondering if they need to be fired, or just sun dried, before being put to use.

      Thank you for posting Jenny. You have to fire the pot to make them last long n use as a planter. Sun dried can be use jus as decor piece without making them come in contact with any wet things.

    We can use any soil

      I used normal soil which I got from a near by nursery...(kind of red soil). Any soil which gets bonded when moist should do the job, please try with small batch. Hope this will be helpful

    Thnx maam for this video. Mam when I made the clay it formed very hard. So what can I do to make it soft. I've also knead the clay with water but then also it's texture is very hard , what can I do??

      I am glad u tried.. thank you. My suggestion is to try n soak the whole clay in water, again make it little runny.. and dry in shade to ring to required consistency..please note this just a suggestion and I did not try.Hope this will be helpful

      Hi, we can use little water to soften the clay until it's baked...so while making jewelry u can add water if needed

      Thank you for writing. Yes, not a problem at all, if you put in sun the process will be faster that's it. In shade also the water will turn clear, no worries...

      Hamare pass podho mein Dalne ke liye lal mitti milti hai..to vahise leliya aur yaha ki mitti he lal hoti hai.. appke mitti mein chiknaapan hai to vo bhi chal jayegi shayad..thodi si mitti se koshish kigiyee

      It's depends on the thickness of the items made...minimum 3hrs fr the time of ignition of fire..

      firstly sorry i don't understand much tamil, however if your quest is can we add flour along soil, yes u can but it may not last long as only soil does.

      I have used normal nursery soil, it was almost red, I don't think it should be a problem. Please try with a small batch ..may be a cup of soil..if it works for u, i will be glad.

      Hi, please add lubricants (may be vasiline like petrolium jel..Note: I have never tried it, however it's just and idea try with small portion it might work for u) or PVA glue to avoid cracks on idols..and while making use more oil and less water to smooth the surface for clay.

    It's not water proof. & will it dry enough to keep the shape of ur jewellery?? It should become rock solid. Shouldn't it?? Can we add favicol or some other glue instead of water to make it water proof & rock solid!?

      Yes ofcourse it's not water proof..to make the jewelery water proof one has to bake it and to make it rock solid..

      Yes we can however use nicrome wire..

      Copper catches the heat very fast I won't suggest it to be used if want to bake them

      If we keep in airtight container it stays for months...n if hardens also by any means ... Sprinkle water n nead back... hope this wud help..tq🙂
