I do love this figure, the detachable "shield" is a personal low point for me (I just happen to not like weapons that HAVE to be a part of the vehicle) , but it's well put together, very poseable and expressive.

This is one of the few Animated mainline toys I never picked up. Just got the voyager. This Optimus also appeared in Transform and Roll Out! Part 1

Turn the legs around at the knee and rotate the waist. It helps A LOT!

If you have to use pliers and destroy the socket for the ball joint to get the leg out because you didn't turn it, then you know it's a bad toy

You have the wrong transformation of its legs in vehicle mode along with the smokestacks, did you read the instructions?
