So when you’re doing a recording you have the option of using and EQ or effects like noise reduction to improve the sound of the mic. I just wanted to distinguish between when the mic was being hear in its unaltered and processed form 👍🏾👍🏾
Bravo comparison between these two mics! This definitely helps people choose the mic according to their needs. Thank you so much for this review! Love it!🔥🔥
Hey, I really appreciate the compliment.. it’s not the easiest to get noticed in such a competitive space, so I appreciate each and every supporter of the channel 🙏🏽. Have yourself an amazing day.
Thank you ! I appreciate your enthusiasm 🤙🏾. It’s a really competitive space so it’s harder to get noticed but I feel it’s moving at a good pace though✌🏾
Hello So if you’re planning on doing voiceovers or even speaking I from of your computer, then either one of these would serve you well! If you are moving about then you may also need a lav mic as well 👍🏾. Let me know if you have any questions !
I was referring to a wireless lavalier microphone. Also known as a lapel microphone. More used for outdoor use. Not sure what kind of channel you’re trying to make . I’ve never used the Q2U, so I don’t have an opinion on it at the moment, sadly.
Great content, man. I'm actually torn between these two. I'm a singer and voice over artist and I think the extra features on the K678 would be very useful for me. However, if you were to knit pick in terms of sound quality and dynamics (singing & speaking), which of the 2 has a better output?
Ouff... honestly... it’s very close. Hard to tell the difference between the two. I feel like you would be able to use the live monitoring on the K678 maybe the mute button for conference calls... but you definitely need the pop filter which already comes with the T669, as you do singing. Its tricky how they are packaged. Somewhat similar mics but at the same time different...if the budget doesn’t matter... go with the K678 but if it does, you,d also be happy with the T669. Hope that helps. See links in the description.
By the way, check out this video I did about voicemeter. I figure that as a voice actor, you may find it useful if you aren’t already using a similar software: ruclips.net/video/L3WcvETI7g4/видео.html
if we plug a headphone into the K678 microphone , can we hear the sound played from computer mixed with the voice captured on the headphone? or just our voice only ?
Thanks ! I used premiere Pro while I was putting the video together, but you can also use Audacity as well 👍🏾. A link should be in the description that shows how I did this as well.
If anyone is wondering why the speakers stop working when you plug in fifine microphone check setting and remove the option when it’s choose default speaker as fifine
Honestly, I think either would be great for the purposes you’ve stated above. Mute button isn’t present in the K670 so if this is important then I would opt for the k678 🤙🏾. Thanks !!
Both of them are available for pocast and online course in the room.If you get enough budget, the K678 is better cuz it owns the mute button and headphone control. If not, the K670 is okay.
Yes not a problem I will send you a link to a video showing how I edit my sound. Keep in mind that everyone voice sounds different, but once you understand how the editing tools work and what it does you can use them to adjust the sound to your own liking 👍🏾
Hello! So one comes with slightly more features than the other and this is reflected in the price. The T683 comes with the additional headphone jack, mute button, and gain control, giving you better controls over the mic. So by default this would be the better mic. Although I haven’t tested the sound on either of these mics, I personally wouldn’t be worried about either because Fifine is known for having consistent good sound amongst their lineups. Hope this was useful to you !! 👍🏾👍🏾
The T669 gets the accessories to have a better sound, but the better microphone is all down to your application. For vocal or instrument, the K678 is better since it is high & low ends sensitive. But K678 is equipped with the low-latency headphone jack, and you can easily hear yourself in real time when recording.
Hi, thank you very much for the review, it was exactly what I was looking for! So, let me ask, when you say "gain is set to approx. 10%" you're talking about the knob on the mic or Windows mic level?
No such thing as stupid questions. I appreciate you watching and engaging with the channel ! If you’re considering getting either mic, then please use the link below in the description if possible as it helps the channel at no extra charge to you. Have yourself a great day 🙏🏽
I would also really like to hear your thoughts on fifine k683A vs k678. I’m wondering if there is a big difference for microphones that has headphone control (K678) vs microphones that has none (k683A) K683A has monitoring jack with no headphone control
Hey! I appreciate you reaching out. So with regards to the Fifine K683A, I have not had any experience using it, so I can only make an educated guess…. I would imagine that the levels for the sound sent to the headphone jack would be controlled via the PC in the case that the mic does not come with a physical knob to adjust the volume. If this is the case, it would probably be a question of convenience between the two products. @fifine is often in the comment area of this video so hopefully they can confirm this for you. Thanks again for checking out the channel 🙏🏽
@@GoWrightReviews thank you so much for answering my query! Also, I really like how you outline the flow of your videos. So organized, calm, and smooth
100% Mic Monitoring helps you easily identify whether you are speaking lond enough or not. It's more of a feature for streaming. Because the game sound is always overwhelming, when the monitoring volume isn't in full level, you're quite unlikely to hear how you exactly sound in the game and. If you want the low-latency monitoring feature for recording, then the model with a headphone control is a better choice. You can make the monitoring sound less overwhelming to have a comfortable playthrough or turn up the level to hear more details.
Hello! So they are both great affordable options. I would say the Maono has a more deeper tone tone and the Fifine slightly higher so it depends on what you prefer more. The Fifine 669b has a better construction than the Maono while the Maono has a detachable cable. So it’s really a question of seeing what features are important to you. Hope this was somewhat helpful !!
They are at the same price range. The biggest difference is that K669 have multiple color version while pm461tr don't. If budget allows, you can purchase both then return the one you don't like.
Hey! I appreciate you watching. It’s a little tricky in this case because they are both good in my opinion. As a result, I would personally choose the one with the features I would prioritize. For me, the K678 would be more ideal for my needs as I already have the extra accessories that come with the T669. 👍🏾👍🏾
Due to more decent signal intensity, low self noise and more bass presenting from K678, the audio quality of these two is almost in different league. But sound is rather a personal thing, it will really depend on your own feeling. What T669 doesn't have and you cannot buy from market (and the reason why it's more unique) is the low-latency monitoring jack, headphone control and mute button, all of these features will be pretty useful when you're doing a record.
Which mic do you prefer? I just saw the t669 for 48$ but I was leaning towards the k678 because of the additional features like the mute button . Did the accessories from the t669 fit thek678 or you got a different kit? I’m planning to try to get into podcast/streaming and light vocals , just to mess around with. Highly appreciate the content!!
Hello! Speaking on the mics themselves without accessories, both are great options. Good build quality and a good sound offering, especially at the price point. If I wasn’t price sensitive, I would take the K678 for the reasons you mentioned, mute button and headphone output then just get the additional accessories when I was ready. If I’m more budget conscious then you really can’t go wrong with the T669 either. It’s well packaged and has good sound. The accessories from the T669 will work on the K678 except for the shock mount and maybe the foam filter. There is a specific shock mount you can get for the k678. Links in description for reference. Hope this helps you narrow down your decision. Just know that either way it’s a great buy, in my opinion. Thanks for watching 👍🏾
@@GoWrightReviews just the fact that it has more features, still haven’t returned it yet so I’m not sure now since the t669 has all the accessories lol 😅
Really good video, thanks for sharing! would you have the settings you are using to process the audio? the improvement on the sound is awesome, I can't make the same and I am not sure what should I adjust to get that quality. Thank you very much!
Hey! Thanks for watching. There was some minor editing done to the audio. You will see a link down in the description called how to edit your microphone audio. This runs through how it was done. Cheers,
I thought this was a bigger channel until I looked at the sub count lol. this was a very informative video and the production quality is amazing. keep it up 😀👍
Hey! That’s really subjective though. They are different but good in their own respective ways depending on what you prefer. That’s why I did the sound test for both mics so you can see and determine for yourself which is suitable to your ears. However, I will probably say that MAIN differences originate in the features they both offer. I hope this somewhat answer your question ?
Ah okay, I see… in that case, it would make the microphone quite a bit more expensive than the T669 should you also get the accessories To go with it. It might be better to just get the t669 in this particular case as the price gap is larger where you are.
Well I haven’t tried the Razar siren mini as of yet, but essentially, you would still have to get the extra accessories if you needed them which would increase the overall cost. On a sound level, I can’t really say much as I haven’t tried it but Razar does seem to have a good reputation as well.
Yeah, I tried reaching out to Hyper X but they didn’t contact me back haha. So I sadly can only comment on the K678. I can tell you that it’s a solid mic with good features, and as you heard in the video, offers pretty good sound for the price. I don’t think you would be disappointed in my opinion. Hyper X does have a reputation built for itself so I’m sure it’s just as good an option. On any given day, I guess I’d go with the one having the lower price in this particular case. Hope this helps somewhat with you decision. Let me know what you end up going with!
@@GoWrightReviews yeah i think they have the same mic sound/quality its just a plus on the solocast for having easy mute/unmute button on top i think hmm. subscribed
The price is totally the same between the K678 and the Hyperx solocast. In terms of sound quality, they also have a pretty similar warm tone. K678 is equipped with the 3.5mm headphone jack, volume knob and the mute button. That means K678 have more functional buttons than the hyperx solocast. If you accept the brand premium, you can purchase the solocast. But if you need to monitor your voice during recording or don't get enough budget, the K678 should be your choice. Anyway, if it is hard to decide, you can purchase both and test, then return the one you don't need.
Hello! So not every microphone can function in a straight forward way by being connected to a smart phone as the power requirements are different. I believe the T669 does work with an OTG connector but a third party app must be used to do the recording.
It works with the suitable adapter. But we recommend using the microphone only with Windows and Mac computers, cuz you can't speak into the microphone and hear from the smartphone at the same time.
Really late here but for clarification, can I just use the Fifine K678's 3.5mm stereo headphone jack to plug in my headphones to listen on games alone and not monitor my voice in the process or is it just used to monitor your own voice?
Hey! Yes, you can absolutely use it to listen to any playback that’s on your computer. You can always adjust the setting or just turn down the gain if you don’t want to hear yourself. Hope this helps !!
@@GoWrightReviews Hey man just bought a K678 thanks to your vid, really loving it! But the problem I came across is that when I use my K678 I only want to hear the playback and not my voice but when I turn down the dial for headphones all the way, I can't hear anything. Am I doing something wrong?
Another way is to go to sound settings for the mic and turn the mic gain down under the playback tab. This way, the mic is active but you won’t hear it in your ears 👍🏾
hi i'm thinking of buying a microphone to record covers and I'm honestly LOST lol. can you suggest me any microphone with good quality and also affordable 😅
The K670 with a boom arm is recommended, because headphone zero-latency monitoring and the monitoring sound adjustment help you better record covers. If your get enough budget, you can purchase a K678 with a boom arm.
IMO it sounds quite a bit more tinny and compressed with the processing, its a little more noticeable with no accessories. Although, it does sound more full. the raw audio sounds pretty good on both of them, and really not that different between them
Yes, I agree, the mics sound pretty similar from the base. The beautiful thing about doing the editing is that its subjective and You have the ability to tailor the sound based on personal preference. I appreciate you watching by the way 👍🏾
Hey , i was super confused in deciding a mic for myself and basically iam into streaming and vocal recording stuff for singing/rapping ..... So i actually made my final options to be the HyperX solocast , Fifine t669 , Fifine K678 , Maono PM420 iam super confused between all these microphones and the main aspect for me is the sound quality of the microphone regardless it does comes with less features or so . Would really help if you could assist me in picking up a right microphone for me . Thanks :)
Hey! So I haven’t tried the Hyper X Solocast, so sadly, I can’t leave an informed comment on the sound of that product. I know soundwise the T669 and K678 are good sounding mics, with the T669 being a little more sensitive background noise. The Maono is also a good product as well. It’s hard to say which sounds better because none of them sounds bad, and it also depends on the voice of the person using the mic to a certain degree. Check out this video, I do a sound test for my top picks: ruclips.net/video/0Yc0POz0fxM/видео.html hopefully this can help!
@@alexzil2142 hey i picked up the fifine k678 and its been 6months and i totally love my decision ... So far no problems and the audio quality so super sharp crisp and good , go for it surely recommended
Check out this video I made, you can hear different mics I’ve reviewed, you will notice that they sound pretty close. So it really depends on what you think sounds good to you. For me, I think the T669 is a little more sensitive that the K678. ruclips.net/video/0Yc0POz0fxM/видео.html
Hi! Greetings from Azerbaijan ! Have you ever tested HyperX SoloCast? If you have a choice between mentioned hyperx model and Fifine K678 which one would you pick ?
Hello! Just to be totally fair with Hyper X, I haven’t had the opportunity to sample any of their products, working on changing that for the near future. I do know that the Fifine K678 is a great microphone with nice features. Accessory wise, both microphones have the same offerings. So if you did choose the K678, you definitely shouldn’t have any Buyers remorse. Hope this helps !
If we're honest, Maono does a nice job on the mid (to slight low) end. But it may sound muffle sometimes. So if you're clairty-perferred, T669 is a better choice. And since it's the upgraded from K669B, it will also have more bass presentating in your recording. It's mainly about the tone difference. Apart from that, then it would be the customer support, lol. We would pretty proud of ourselves on this part.
@@FIFINE thanks for replying.. please answer me another question.. which I should buy fifine t669 or fifine k683a?..I have decided to buy fifine microphone but not sure which one is better between those two..
Nice quality vid , what type of microphone you're using to make your content? I had the tonor microphone I returned it I did like the audio quality, I'm in the market now for a new budget microphone what's your suggestion, I need to av better quality on my voice over during my videos for my channel
Hey, thanks for watching! So I’ve gotten the opportunity over the last few months to play around with different budget microphones and there are a lot that offer great value. Out of the mics I’ve reviewed, I would probably use the Fifine K690 if I were doing my voiceovers. Amazing build quality and great sound to back. I would pick up a foam filter or pop filter to use with it though. I could also recommend a really low budget one if you are a bit tighter with funds👍🏾
I wouldn’t really worry in that case. The T669 is also a great mic as well but you can judge for yourself once I’m you receive it ! Let me know what your thoughts are 👍🏾
Cool 👍🏾, and yes, that’s why a lot of people do go with the T669 due to the overall value it offers with mic performance and accessories it comes with.
great review! this was really helpful since I'm stuck between these two mics. I have a question, if I get T669, can I still somehow have the monitoring? I mean if I plug my headphones to the laptop and play around with the settings. do you think it's possible? I wanna use it for singing btw. I would really, really appreciate if you reply to this because I'm really confused.🙏🏽🙏🏽
Hey! Thanks for watching. Yes, I think it’s possible to be done. I think you’ll find some answers to your question in this video: ruclips.net/video/L3WcvETI7g4/видео.html Please let me know if you have any questions🙏🏽
@@GoWrightReviews I saw several reviews of it and during the sound test, whenever they turned that dial all the way down, their voice could not be heard anymore. that would be great for me, instead of having to do it through windows every time
thanks for this video. i really need this video because i can't choice which buy one. i think there is no sound difference with t669 and k678... isn' it?
Honestly, I find there was a very slight difference between the two mics, it would be hard to really tell the difference unless you were knit picking. I think the major difference comes down to the packaging and features. The more complete mic is the K678 assuming you are willing to spend a few extra bucks on accessories after your purchase. If you feel you won’t need the headphone jack, headphone volume and mute button, then go for the T669 but if you do need it, the K678 is there. If by chance you end up choosing one of these mics, I’d appreciate if you would use the affiliate links in the description. It helps the channel at no extra cost to you 🙏🏽🙏🏽. Hope this review helped and thank you for watching 🙌🏾.
I agree, with you, a lot of new players in the game that’s giving traditional mic companies a run for their money. Will be interesting to see how the market changes .
Hello! So you should plug the headphones into the mic output right at the bottom. If you still can’t hear yourself then just check out a portion of this video where I explained how to do it on your Windows computer. The steps will be the same for the K678: ruclips.net/video/w5Tb1d1TC-s/видео.html
Unfortunately, you would need to use a headphones that uses a 3.5 mm jack. The headphones must be connected to the microphone to take advantage of live monitoring. If you listen directly from the computer you will notice a slight delay.
Yes. T669 can meet your need if your main use is recording vocal or violin. But the 3.5mm headphone jack will help monitor your vioce with zero latency. Thus, the better choice shoud be the K678 equipped with the boom arm stand. If you lack for budget, the cheaper K670 equipped with the boom arm stand is recommended.
hi. assune that im 0 knowledge on how to setup my mic after plugging it. i did order the t669 and my room has alotmof background noises. do u have a tutorial on how to setup or process the mic?
Hello! Yes, if you do not have a sound treated room the T669 will definitely pick up pack ground noise as it can get pretty sensitive if the gain is turned up too high. This might be a desired outcome for things like ASMR but in most cases no. So a good way to counter this is by turning the gain down on the mic and simply move the mic closer to you. You have a pop filter so this shouldn’t be an issue in terms of plosives. I also have a video on my channel on how I do light editing on my recordings as well using audacity and premiere pro. I also have a video where I show how to tweak your microphone audio on Voicemeter. Let me know if you have any other questions 👌🏾👌🏾😃
Here are the links to the said videos: Using Voicemeter: ruclips.net/video/L3WcvETI7g4/видео.html Editing microphone recordings:ruclips.net/video/fcRIsiYnesA/видео.html
To do with the background noise, first off is to keep decent gain level, the dial setting on mic is of crucial importance. Set it below 50% if you're in a noisy room and the noise cant get rid of, such as the sound from fans or air-condition. Next, set computer input at around 80%. At last, the speaking range is another aspect that makes the great difference. Keep the mic 3-5 inches away from mouth, the closer the better. But overall the best method to have great sound quality is to setup the use environment (if the mic is not defective). And the treated room can be done with ease, and here's our blog for your reference: fifinemicrophone.com/blogs/news/how-to-make-an-acoustic-treatment-on-a-budget If it still doesn't change, please contact our after-sales team, we will help deal with your problem.
It depends on your main purpose. K678 is high & low ends sensitive while T669 is high-ends sensitive. That means both are okay, if you are using the microphone for streaming. But the K678 is equipped with the 3.5mm headphone jack and the mute button which T669 doesn't get. When you use it for vocal/ Podcast, the headphone jack will definitely help you monitor your voice in real time. Thus, K678 is recommended for vocal/podcast user.
Yes, so let’s just say you’re recording and you want to monitor your sound you could do that. Very useful for recording. In addition to that, it also controles the playback volume of the content playing on your computer if you are listening with headphones plugged into the mic. It’s a pretty nice feature imo. Hope this answers your question 👍🏾. Also, thanks for watching !
Great bundle, especially for a beginner mic. Has a lot of the components you’ll need. The mic is on the sensitive side so it can pick up sound in an untreated room but…. All that can also be easily remedied with quick post processing: ruclips.net/video/fcRIsiYnesA/видео.html
So I actually just completed a review of the Fifine k690 as well and it’s their top tier microphone but the Fifine K678 is a microphone model that falls right in the middle between the T669 and the Fifine k690. You’re probably more than one person so I think it would be a nice sweet spot in terms of price and features. The fact that you are streaming, I think you will make use of the mute button on the K678, recording is also great on the K678 due to the mic monitoring it has through the 3.5mm headphone jack. The only thing is, you should get a pop filter for it, doesn’t have to be immediately but it could be down the line. Also! Please check out the video I did on using Voicemeeter, it will come in handy in setting up multiple mics for streaming. Hope this helps and don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you for watching !! 🙏🏽

Hmm.. well one of the main differences is that the Hollyland LARK 150 are portable and can be used with more than one individual. This is good for doing interviews both outdoor and indoor. It can be plugged directly into your phone or camera to capture sound. The FIFINE MIcroohones are less portable and is designed to be used with a computer. The T669 and K678 are both great mics. I would even say they sound very similar. If you buy the K678 you will get live monitoring with the headphone jack which is great for recording and voiceovers. However, you will also need to buy a pop filter and scissor arm stand which will make the total price higher than the Fifine T669. If your budget is not important then go for the K678, if you are on a tighter budget, go for the T669. I thank you for watching my videos and for leaving nice comments 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Real great content, well edited and good testing. Could you maybe compare the K056 to the K678? I know they are both in different quality levels, but I really want to know how big is the difference between them. (I know it might be a small price difference between them in dollars, but my currency isnt in dollars so it makes a big difference for me)
@@GoWrightReviews Could probably use a K670 as a mid choice. (Not really NEEDED, add it only if you feel like adding it) That will help me a whole lot in deciding which its worth it paying the difference or not for me, in advance, thank you so much!
First off, sorry that we discontinue the K056. As for the comparison between the K670 and K678, apart from the feature things, such as mute button, headphone volume control and different shape that K670 doesn't have, the main difference is about the noise floor and the tone. Though if your room is not pretty quiet, and there's no plan for an arm stand, then the difference of noise floor is not quite noticeable. With K678, there will be more bass presenting in your recording while still maintaining the same sort of clarity. The reproduced sound will be more balanced and natural than the K670's.

Hello! Yes, I think the T669 would be a good affordable option for vocals. Especially considering it has a pop filter included in the bundle. Keep your gain low and it should be fine 👍🏾. Best of luck with your channel 🙏🏽
Yes. T669 can serve your need if your main use is singsing. But the better choice shoud be the K678 equipped with the boom arm stand. If you lack for budget, the cheaper K670 equipped with the boom arm stand is recommended.
hey bro, amazing comparison. I'm on a very tight budget and confused between these two. Which should I get for the value of money and good quality? And which will be future proof as well? Is there anyway to use live audio output like K678 without any lag using any software? If yes, then I think T669 will be better affordable option or should I go with K678? ps: I'm starting a YT channel and I need my voice to be sound like deeper (like a podcast or audiobook)
Hello! So I’d say, if keeping within the budget is paramount, then go with the T669. Comes with everything you need to get started. You may not get the desired sound you’re looking for at that price point but the mic sounds great for it’s category. Once the channel grows your budget will definitely increase accordingly. Yes, the K678 has more features but overall will have a higher price tag once you get the accessories. Only If you have the money, I’d choose the k678 as it’s a little more future proof as well. Hope this helps..
@@GoWrightReviews thanks man, when we talk about the sound quality, is the extra money for K678 is justified? If we'll put all the features apart then.
I feel like the live monitoring on the k678 would be good to have if you’re recording, so the headphone output could be valuable for you, but I would DEFINITELY, use the mic with a pop filter due to the nature of what you’re using it for. If you don’t mind the live monitoring then the T669 would also be a great option as it already comes with the pop filter. Hope this answers your question. Let me know if you have any other inquiries 👍🏾
Hello, I’ve tried a few times to have the Hyper X mics featured in the channel but I’ve had no luck reaching someone at the company. I can tell you however that the T669 and K678 are great products that offer great sound. The K678 would be more on par with the hyper X solo cast in terms of features: mute button, headphone jack having live monitoring, headphone volume and gain volume knob. The build quality is also really good. You wouldn’t be disappointed if you went with the K678 IMO. 👍🏾
The price is pretty close among these three models, then the best microphone depends on how you use it. Coming with a bunch of accessories, T669 allow you to have better sound when you join the party chat or stream. In terms of sound quality, K678 and Solocast have a pretty similar warm tone. K678 is equipped with the 3.5mm headphone jack, volume knob and the mute button. That means K678 have more functional buttons than the hyperx solocast. If you accept the brand premium, you can purchase the solocast. But if you need to monitor your voice during recording, the K678 should be your choice. Anyway, if it is hard to decide, you can purchase both and test, then return the one you don't need.
Hey! Would love to comment on the T732 but as of yet, I have not sampled this microphone. I can say that the k678 and t669 are great starter mics though ..
I would answer this question by saying they are in a slightly different category of microphones as they offered at differing price levels and offer different features. Overall, the Fifine K678 would be the better microphone. Hope this helps ?
For this video I did the editing in premiere pro. Used some reduce noise, bit of clarity, adjusted the eq and slightly boosted the gain. You can check the video on my channel called how to edit microphone audio: ruclips.net/video/fcRIsiYnesA/видео.html Let me know if you have anymore questions
Hello! I haven’t tried this out myself yet, but I think it should work as long as you have an OTG wire that’s compatible with your phone and a powered USB hub. Not sure if it will sound as good as on a PC though. It’s something I’ll have to test out myself as well👍🏾. Thanks for watching 👍🏾
I feel as though the K678 and even the K690 were designed to go head to head with the blue yeti. They offer such similar styling and identical features. I believe the whole goal was to offer a similar product but at a lower price. So if you’re price sensitive, I think it would be a great substitute and I really don’t think you’d be sacrificing a whole lot, if anything at all. This is my opinion 👍🏾

So when you’re doing a recording you have the option of using and EQ or effects like noise reduction to improve the sound of the mic. I just wanted to distinguish between when the mic was being hear in its unaltered and processed form 👍🏾👍🏾

Hello
So if you’re planning on doing voiceovers or even speaking I from of your computer, then either one of these would serve you well! If you are moving about then you may also need a lav mic as well 👍🏾. Let me know if you have any questions !
@@GoWrightReviews , what is a lav mic? How about samson Q2U?
I was referring to a wireless lavalier microphone. Also known as a lapel microphone. More used for outdoor use. Not sure what kind of channel you’re trying to make . I’ve never used the Q2U, so I don’t have an opinion on it at the moment, sadly.
Thankyou for your review, I finally bought K669 for the affordable price with good sound quality. Thanks!
Hey! Congrats on your purchase ! Great value option as well. What project are you working on ?

Yes, you can hear the playback from the computer if needed. This can be managed in the settings portion of you computer.
@@GoWrightReviews Thankyou

As long as you choose the k678 as the default output, then you can hear both the computer sound and your own voice.

Which one do you suggest, t678 or k670? For podcast and online course in my room. Thanks for helping me out
Honestly, I think either would be great for the purposes you’ve stated above. Mute button isn’t present in the K670 so if this is important then I would opt for the k678 🤙🏾.

Both of them are available for pocast and online course in the room.If you get enough budget, the K678 is better cuz it owns the mute button and headphone control. If not, the K670 is okay.

between the fifine t683 and the t732 which is the best for stream and discord?
Brother, only considering vocal or sound quality which is better according to you?💓💓
While they are both good, I personally prefer the K678 👍🏾
The T669 gets the accessories to have a better sound, but the better microphone is all down to your application. For vocal or instrument, the K678 is better since it is high & low ends sensitive. But K678 is equipped with the low-latency headphone jack, and you can easily hear yourself in real time when recording.
Hi, thank you very much for the review, it was exactly what I was looking for! So, let me ask, when you say "gain is set to approx. 10%" you're talking about the knob on the mic or Windows mic level?
just realized that was a stupid question since audacity mic level control equals the windows settings. thank you anyway!
Yes! I was referring to the knob on the mic 🙏🏽
No such thing as stupid questions. I appreciate you watching and engaging with the channel ! If you’re considering getting either mic, then please use the link below in the description if possible as it helps the channel at no extra charge to you. Have yourself a great day 🙏🏽

Thank you! Finally made up my mind! Got the K678 as I need the 3.5 mm jack :)
Great pick 👍🏾! Thanks for watching as well ✌🏾
I would also really like to hear your thoughts on fifine k683A vs k678. I’m wondering if there is a big difference for microphones that has headphone control (K678) vs microphones that has none (k683A)
K683A has monitoring jack with no headphone control
Thank you so much for the comment ! I really appreciate it 🙏🏽
100% Mic Monitoring helps you easily identify whether you are speaking lond enough or not. It's more of a feature for streaming. Because the game sound is always overwhelming, when the monitoring volume isn't in full level, you're quite unlikely to hear how you exactly sound in the game and. If you want the low-latency monitoring feature for recording, then the model with a headphone control is a better choice. You can make the monitoring sound less overwhelming to have a comfortable playthrough or turn up the level to hear more details.
could you do a comparison of the maono pm461tr vs the fifine 669? which do you prefer?
What is the mic you're using in your videos?
Here I was using the comics boom xd2 👍🏾
Great video! One thing I would’ve liked to see was which one you would pick, say in terms of sound quality.
Any alternative or k678 is the king of value condenser for now
It’s a great option but also see some other options on my channel. I’ve done quite a few reviews on budget microphones as well !
Just got the t669 for 49$ but ima return it for the k678 , appreciate it!
Out of curiosity, What made you change your mind ?😅
@@GoWrightReviews just the fact that it has more features, still haven’t returned it yet so I’m not sure now since the t669 has all the accessories lol 😅

in terms of RAW SOUND QUALITY how much does k678 beat t669
@@GoWrightReviews ahh i see cause where I live the k678 is 30 $ more
Ah okay, I see… in that case, it would make the microphone quite a bit more expensive than the T669 should you also get the accessories To go with it. It might be better to just get the t669 in this particular case as the price gap is larger where you are.
@@GoWrightReviews what do you think of the t669 vs the razer seiren mini?
Well I haven’t tried the Razar siren mini as of yet, but essentially, you would still have to get the extra accessories if you needed them which would increase the overall cost. On a sound level, I can’t really say much as I haven’t tried it but Razar does seem to have a good reputation as well.
idk if you tried the hyperx solocast but im stuck with k678 and hyperx solocast
Yeah, I tried reaching out to Hyper X but they didn’t contact me back haha. So I sadly can only comment on the K678. I can tell you that it’s a solid mic with good features, and as you heard in the video, offers pretty good sound for the price. I don’t think you would be disappointed in my opinion. Hyper X does have a reputation built for itself so I’m sure it’s just as good an option. On any given day, I guess I’d go with the one having the lower price in this particular case. Hope this helps somewhat with you decision. Let me know what you end up going with!
@@GoWrightReviews yeah i think they have the same mic sound/quality its just a plus on the solocast for having easy mute/unmute button on top i think hmm. subscribed
Thank you 🙏🏽.
I'm curious if they can be used on mobile phones, not a lot of people do those type of reviews
Hello!
Congrats on your purchase ! If you just want to hear the playback then you can lower the microphone gain knob on the mic 👍🏾👍🏾
Another way is to go to sound settings for the mic and turn the mic gain down under the playback tab. This way, the mic is active but you won’t hear it in your ears 👍🏾

@@farah710 No problem!
IMO it sounds quite a bit more tinny and compressed with the processing, its a little more noticeable with no accessories. Although, it does sound more full. the raw audio sounds pretty good on both of them, and really not that different between them

Great work.. please tell me which is better fifine t669 or maono au-pm 420?..
Honestly, I find there was a very slight difference between the two mics, it would be hard to really tell the difference unless you were knit picking. I think the major difference comes down to the packaging and features. The more complete mic is the K678 assuming you are willing to spend a few extra bucks on accessories after your purchase. So you should plug the headphones into the mic output right at the bottom. If you still can’t hear yourself then just check out a portion of this video where I explained how to do it on your Windows computer. The steps will be the same for the K678: ruclips.net/video/w5Tb1d1TC-s/видео.html
@@GoWrightReviews I got headphones with usb input and it doesn’t have a 3.5mm jack …will the mic monitoring still work ?
Unfortunately, you would need to use a headphones that uses a 3.5 mm jack. The headphones must be connected to the microphone to take advantage of live monitoring. If you listen directly from the computer you will notice a slight delay.
You just need to plug your earphones into the monitoring 3.5mm jack of the K678.
Which mic would you recommend to record vocals and violin?
Out of the two, I would go for the K678 due to the live monitoring. Will come in handy for your recording👍🏾

Here are the links to the said videos:
Using Voicemeter:
ruclips.net/video/L3WcvETI7g4/видео.html
Editing microphone recordings:ruclips.net/video/fcRIsiYnesA/видео.html
To do with the background noise, first off is to keep decent gain level, the dial setting on mic is of crucial importance. Set it below 50% if you're in a noisy room and the noise cant get rid of, such as the sound from fans or air-condition. Next, set computer input at around 80%. At last, the speaking range is another aspect that makes the great difference. Keep the mic 3-5 inches away from mouth, the closer the better.
But overall the best method to have great sound quality is to setup the use environment (if the mic is not defective). And the treated room can be done with ease, and here's our blog for your reference: fifinemicrophone.com/blogs/news/how-to-make-an-acoustic-treatment-on-a-budget

@@GoWrightReviews k678
It depends on your main purpose. K678 is high & low ends sensitive while T669 is high-ends sensitive. That means both are okay, if you are using the microphone for streaming. But the K678 is equipped with the 3.5mm headphone jack and the mute button which T669 doesn't get. When you use it for vocal/ Podcast, the headphone jack will definitely help you monitor your voice in real time. Thus, K678 is recommended for vocal/podcast user.
Thank You so much for this review and test, hope you will get a lot of loyal subs! :)
Hey! I appreciate you watching !
What "processing" did you actually do to the audio out of curiousity? :)
Hey!
Nothing major link in the description for how I edit the audio 👍🏾
Thanks for watching !
What does the headphone out knob do on the k678? Does it just change your headphone volume or
Yes, so let’s just say you’re recording and you want to monitor your sound you could do that. Very useful for recording. In addition to that, it also controles the playback volume of the content playing on your computer if you are listening with headphones plugged into the mic. It’s a pretty nice feature imo. Hope this answers your question 👍🏾. Also, thanks for watching !
@@GoWrightReviews Wow! Fast reply :D so it's like the mic monitoring from turtle beach? (I have a turtle beach collab headset)
Nvm I think I understand now. Thanks!
Yeah, Essentially, it serves as an output for words being spoken into the mic and also whatever is playing on your PC. 👍🏾.
Alright, thanks man!
Underrated great video bro
Thank you for subscribing, it’s greatly appreciated 🙏🏽. Be sure to let me know if you have any questions pertaining to the mics.
Have a great day!
what mic do you use for recording audio for this video in the beginning?
Hello,
I was using the comica boom X2. It a wireless lav mic.
Crazy thing is I have the K678 and getting the T669 tomorrow
Interesting… was the k678 not checking the boxes for you ?
@ it is I just got the t669 for my studio
@ it is I just got the T669 for my studio
Thanks brooo!!! I’m just wanting to do some voice overs and reviews. I’m still undecided. Can you help?
Hello!
Thanks for watching
Are you fixed on either one of these mics ?
I’m leaning toward the t669
Great bundle, especially for a beginner mic. Has a lot of the components you’ll need. The mic is on the sensitive side so it can pick up sound in an untreated room but…. All that can also be easily remedied with quick post processing: ruclips.net/video/fcRIsiYnesA/видео.html
For just voice-over, not gaming/streaming, the K678 is a slightly better choice.
It will work, especially if you're in a not quiet room and you don't want to lose the clarity for using a dynamic mic.
Hi Friend, Kindly suggest the best budget Microphone for Recording, streaming, Voice over, gaming etc for our newly started RUclips channel...
@@GoWrightReviews ....Glad to find your overwhelming response...I’m in process of Exploring purpose of Life and hence I’ve planned to come up with multiple channels out, one for social great cause and other for personal cause...I’m arranging every single item on my own in this process... I’ve ordered for Hollyland Lark 150 and is in transit...Now should I need these said Fifine Microphone? How are they different ways of usage?
Hmm.. well one of the main differences is that the Hollyland LARK 150 are portable and can be used with more than one individual. This is good for doing interviews both outdoor and indoor. It can be plugged directly into your phone or camera to capture sound. The FIFINE MIcroohones are less portable and is designed to be used with a computer. It picks up vocals for speaking or even singing. So the best mic to use will depend on what you plan on using it for.
@@GoWrightReviews ... We shall be doing out door shoots and capturing of video’s on go and in such cases we shall be using Action Camera and related gear like HollyLand lark 150 microphone etc...Whereas the captured videos shall undergo processing and production in-house activities like voiceover shall be required before uploading final video...Now here we are in dilemma about microphone for voiceover and even other channels requirement on personal causes like Gaming and and streaming etc...what to do and which one should we go for..? One thing I feel about you...” Good Human Being” ... Glad to find you...Thanks...
Is the k678 mountable on the scissor arm stand?
Hello!
Yes, it absolutely is .
@@GoWrightReviews Thank you for the quick reply :)
My pleasure 😉👍🏾
Great content! Very informative and well presented. Would you mind sharing some audio processing tips?
Yes, absolutely, I made a brief video on this. Thanks for watching: ruclips.net/video/fcRIsiYnesA/видео.html
Real great content, well edited and good testing.
Could you maybe compare the K056 to the K678? I know they are both in different quality levels, but I really want to know how big is the difference between them.
(I know it might be a small price difference between them in dollars, but my currency isnt in dollars so it makes a big difference for me)
Hey!
I appreciate you watching. I also sympathize with your position. I’ll see if I get my hands on a K056. Is that the only mic you would consider?
@@GoWrightReviews Could probably use a K670 as a mid choice. (Not really NEEDED, add it only if you feel like adding it)
That will help me a whole lot in deciding which its worth it paying the difference or not for me, in advance, thank you so much!
What is processing you have applied on your audio
Hello!
Here is what I did to edit the audio with audacity (free) or premiere pro: ruclips.net/video/fcRIsiYnesA/видео.html
Let me know if you have any questions!
This was a great comparison. 👍
Thank you, happy it was helpful to you ! 👍🏾👍🏾
great video! just wanna ask, is the T669 mic advisable for singing? thank you in advance ☺️
@@FIFINE Hey Fifine . Just ordered k678 so m confused if it is good for recording vocals in songs
hey bro, amazing comparison.
I would say the K678 is slightly better in terms of catching the lower tone but I’d say you’re paying more for the added features.
Sir I am a rapper. Which mic would be best for me can you suggest me? There will be no problem of delay in these mics. Can I go with t699
Bro hyper x solocast or k678/t669
Hello,
I’ve tried a few times to have the Hyper X mics featured in the channel but I’ve had no luck reaching someone at the company.
What's the t732 like
Hey!
Would love to comment on the T732 but as of yet, I have not sampled this microphone. I can say that the k678 and t669 are great starter mics though ..
Great video as always.

Which is best k678 or k669
I would answer this question by saying they are in a slightly different category of microphones as they offered at differing price levels and offer different features. Overall, the Fifine K678 would be the better microphone. Hope this helps ?

K678 is definitely better if you get enough budget.
Can u use the k678 with usb 3.0?
Hello!
Yes, it will work in a USB 3.0 port
@@GoWrightReviews ok thanks 🙏

What processing did u do on this video ?
For this video I did the editing in premiere pro. Used some reduce noise, bit of clarity, adjusted the eq and slightly boosted the gain. You can check the video on my channel called how to edit microphone audio: ruclips.net/video/fcRIsiYnesA/видео.html

Fifine K678 can use on android phone? Tq

И всё же, стоит ли брать K678 или взять Blue Yeti?
Still, is it worth taking the K678 or the Blue Yeti?
I feel as though the K678 and even the K690 were designed to go head to head with the blue yeti. They offer such similar styling and identical features. I believe the whole goal was to offer a similar product but at a lower price. So if you’re price sensitive, I think it would be a great substitute and I really don’t think you’d be sacrificing a whole lot, if anything at all. This is my opinion 👍🏾
