Holy sith, this is exceptionally well done! Bane is my favorite character and I absolutely love the way you told the story. Couldn't have been easy to put together the visuals either. I'm very impressed and appreciative.
I loved the story, but I have one criticism and question. What’s the deal with the use of visuals using characters that have nothing to do with the storyline? Such as Darth Vader and Anakin and others. It’s sort of threw me off at times I figured maybe you used those because there was lack of artistic rendering of the characters you were depicting. I’d like to hear your reasoning. Thank you.

The answer is a lack of relevant content🥲 I’d love to use pictures that depict exactly what’s happening for every scene, but in a two hour video (approximately a thousand pictures), there just isn’t enough out there. To get all those commissioned would be a multi-million dollar project. This already took 200+ hours, and it’s free, so forgive the lack of picture perfect scene relevance please :)
They would fumble a movie so hard lol and bane needs a whole trilogy not just a single movie one 2hr movie per book or a mini series that’s 6 episodes and she’s time jumps after every two or three episodes

So no, If Revan created the rule of two in his holocron, Bane wouldnt be musing about the corruption of the brotherhood and then come with the conclusion that the Sith needing to be purged and dwindled down to two. Therefore Revan obviously did NOT come up with the Rule of Two. Two there shall be, no more, no less: one master and one apprentice, one to embody the power and the other to crave it. Bane even muses that the Sith could tempt followers to their service with the promise of power, sharing little secrets of what the dark side had to offer, as an owner would share scraps from the table to his faithful currs. People clamoring for Bane and other legendary EU characters/eras to get their own shows or movies need to remind themselves who is in charge of that kind of thing now before they get too excited. I think the best we can hope for is that they don't start coming after fan-made gems like this and just let us enjoy what once was.

I always wanted to read about bane having to go back to Groshiks cantina. I loved the interaction between des and groshik and thought it would be cool to see how he treated groshik once he was the dark lord of the sith , especially since groshik helped him and Des promised to make it up to him . Would Bane consider that promise null and void since he became bane ? Would be cool if he somehow ran into him maybe groshik would be in prison because the republic blames him for helping des escape justice and then maybe the jedi tracked bane back to oro and interviewed groshik to try and learn about bane . Some type of short story would be awesome
Videowise no problems at all, but halfway, after TBomb bout 45min in, events are shuffled up into 3rd book. I wasnt 100% listening, but get a buddy with yourself and give a listen, im sure youll notice. Thanks for making these stories more widely available, saved my life🍻

Only thing I don't like about Bane's story is that he tried to possess her body after she defeated him in single combat. Think it would've made more sense if he died with smile on his face because his rule of 2 philosophy
How i took the meaning of this scene: zannahs dark side tendrils would have sent Bane to the void, as that's what he felt when he was hit by one. And since failure of essence transfer would send him to the void, he decided "what the heck" and tried it anyway, might as well at that point. Plus i agree with the above comment, a good way to administer a final test.

First of all, thanks for watching until the end hahaha! To answer your question, Bane tried to take over Zannah’s body through the ritual of Essence Transfer, but Zannah was able to fight him off, resulting in his death. Remember, to fail to transfer one’s essence through the ritual is to consign one’s soul to chaos - basically, Star Wars hell
There was a little snippet in the story that leaves just a hint that maybe part of Bane remained. Bane had the tremor in his hand, and after the battle of wills, Zannah had the same tremor. So it is possible that he simply took on her identity, or that part of him remained within her.
Probably not. Bane was insanely powerful w/ his Orbalisk armor. The parasites were probably strong enough to stop or delay Zannah's Sith tendrils, and since the spell takes so much effort and concentration, the battle's basically over if Bane can just close the distance.

Groshik would be meaningless to Bane, as he abandoned his former self & life, along with all personal relationships.

You really skipped over his failures. Bane's loss to the Zabrak essentially caused Bane to grow in secrecy, which inspired the rule of 2.

Probably not. Bane was insanely powerful w/ his Orbalisk armor. The parasites were probably strong enough to stop or delay Zannah's Sith tendrils, and since the spell takes so much effort and concentration, the battle's basically over if Bane can just close the distance.
