When you complete the raid like 20 times you no longer need to look where the attacks are. The true flex is not using jump ability to dodge the floor attack
@@Delenomesit’s not really a flex, it’s literally just a sound cue and no-boost jumping after a second. Anyone can do it but people are terrified of the floor attack
Yep, this is a sleeper pick. I did like 5.2 mil not fully scoped in as a warlock with some deaths sprinkled in. Gotta have to be more confident with the attack patterns to do what you just did though.
Does the witness actually ever ignite or take scorch damage I never see any damage numbers like ignition numbers or scorch numbers are they just hidden but tick or what is happening.
I recall seeing a random white number appear during damage which could be the ignition damage but I assume that the scorch ticks would be on the lower side of the Witness' body, making it hard to consistently see. The damage from the ignition/scorch is very unnoticeable though tbh.
@@Souled1 Yea, the main appeal of Vulpecula is that it can roll with this specific perk combo. Shoot to Loot allows you to shoot any ammo brick or orb of power and collect it, no matter how far away it is and Explosive Payload makes it easier to collect said drops because the splash damage also counts as a hit. This combo makes it really convenient to pick up ammo and orbs, even outside of a damage phase. There are a few other weapons in the game that can roll with this combo but they're rare in both quantity and acquisition.
@@Souled1 There's Perses-D, a scout you can get from Banshee that can roll with that combo but it's random so you gotta have some gunsmith engrams on you.
Each hit applies 30 scorch, regardless of the frame/ammo used, meaning it takes 4 shots for 1 Ignition. If you're on Solar with Ashes, each hit will apply 45 scorch and every 3 hit the target will ignite. But more Ignitions can't compete with a SE Nova, it's not even close. It's an overall damage loss in the end.
When you see a glowing hand move into view of the scope along with the telegraphed laser glow (refer to 0:42 to get a good view of what I mean), it means that he's about to attack the front side of the platform so I move either back-left or back-right (Example: If I see his hand on the right side of my scope, that means he's about to shoot a beam across the front-left side so I need to move to the back-right side of the platform to be safe). His second beam ALWAYS attacks the spot you just ran to so you have to move to the area that his first beam covered in order to avoid it. For his attacks that cover the back side of the platform, there are two tells that I look for: No glowing hand that lingers in view of my scope and his crit point moves farther than normal in a specific direction (0:25 for an example of that). If you want a visual guide in a less hectic environment, I can find the video that helped me learn his attack patterns real quick.
ruclips.net/video/MRI41fzPyco/видео.htmlsi=1Kci5uxHJTM5ouUx Here's ze video Another thing I forgot to mention is that it helps to stay as close to the middle of the platform as possible so there's no need to constantly move around during damage. As long as you're in the middle, only a few steps should be necessary to dodge each attack.
@RexxJK a visual guide would be great I understand the second attack will always be opposite but I just have trouble with the initial line. Also for the one hop are you waiting a sec after the audible queue or immediately after you hear the party spinner queue lol.
@@davejarosik I typically wait a second after the audio que to jump. I tend to sync my jump input with the ground attack if that makes sense? That way, it feels like my jump happens at the exact moment (if not half a second before) the ground explodes.

@@RexxJKI agree with you but who’s gonna sit with me? While I die 40 times to practise doing it setting this up to do the practising is already difficult even with d2 check point. I gotta break all the glyphs myself and do DMG?

THE OLD WHISPER HAS RETURNED

I truly hope Bungo devs doesn't kill this so soon.
Its time to DRIFT IN THE DEEP once again
Never seen anyone actually run void for the encounter and not just swap while the freakness is epilogueing. Insane damage tho.
I saw another clip of 6x whispers and it was a 1 phase incl final stand success, so it’s the new LFG Thunderstorm 💦

I'm moving around. Healing rift isn't strong enough for me to tank the attacks.
How are you doing 2 hit per shot
you nice i never knew that you could shoot heavy for ammo new stuff everyday
