Aww ...Christine decided to sell after all huh? It was so much fun watching her renovate it! The new owners are truly getting something special - especially that absolutely precious kitchen! 💞 Hopefully they will appreciate it and not tear out everything to put in something cheap and modern.
I agree with you! Happily, the new owners are true stewards of the property and they absolutely love this home's charm and vibe. Talk about a perfect match!
Please appreciate the sounds this person added to the tour. Are you even kidding me? The detail to SOUND. Fuck. I want to die in a love triangle gone bad in this house, and I mean that.
Ha ha just watched on her channel. You are a fun realtor to use CM's super neat video. I must admit her new house suits her better, in my opinion. More room for all her amazing creativity! It's a stunner just as they arrived!
Thanks for watching! We had a lot of videos for her house here in the mountains but this was my favorite one, overall! And I agree, her new home is so fitting for her.
I love Christine’s spooky aesthetic but idk if I could live in “granny chíc” everyday. It’s so dark in that house. Would be a cool Airbnb experience though!
Beautiful home and beautiful, artful video tour. I love to decorate and very much appreciate the vision and talent that has been showered on this home. I’m tempted to sell my mountain home in Julian, Ca and buy it. However, I know this exquisite property is likely receiving multiple offers and will be gone soon!
So many people who have viewed the home in person have said this! I think it's the high ceilings, and the color choices, and just the fact that this house feels so dang good!
Hi Kitty - I know! Curious - if you're looking for a house of this era but not done her style, would you be interested? I was on broker tour last week and came across two (TWO!) homes from the same era that could be just as amazing with some authentic decor!
Sorry Collette... but if you're looking for an authentic mid-30s to mid-40s house let me know because I saw two on broker tour a few days ago and immediately thought of this home. The building era, with all the detail work, is so hard to find so when I find it, I get excited!
Hi Vicki! It was her home, but she did sell it. The new owners love it and are doing their best to keep it in her vibe, since it's theirs also. It gave a lot of ideas about cool projects to do with other charmers of that era up here, too!
Can someone please buy this and make it an air bnb or something so I can come visit?? This is the getaway of my dreams but I’m not quite at a place where I can sell my house & move to Twin Peaks lol
These restored homes, and time capsule homes, show up in the most interesting places. So lucky to have this one in the San Bernardino National Forest mountains!
I hope nobody who is rich with poor taste will renovate this beautiful stylish home and put cheap IKEA cold modern and tasteless items and decor. Ikea looks so cheap and repetitive.
Omg this is Christine McConnell’s old house!!!
Good eye! You're right! Thanks for watching. :)
And all her furniture and restorations!!

This video is a work of art about a work of art. When I move in, I promise to add the creak back to the door.
Of course she would have the coolest ever virtual tour!
No doubt. I mean, it's Christine... of course it wouldn't be the same-same, right?
This video cured my depression
I think this video totally takes down anxiety for sure. I keep listening to it over and over and over...

Do you know how much I love this comment? Rachel, you are awesome!
The best virtual tour I've ever seen,
Your comment is hilarious!!! Love it!

Love it, what an experience!
Thank you! Christine did an amazing job...
i’m so tempted to put an offer on this house- and i already live less than a mile away off grass valley 😅
This home is absolutely breathtaking

It is SUCH a great house for that aesthetic, for sure! Christine has so much talent in her. :)
@@TheresaGrantRealtor For real!!! I’ve never seen someone who’s fantastic at.... everything!

There were a lot of offers for sure. Julian is a beautiful place, too! Thanks for the compliments on the tour. :)
My cousin lives in Julian!
This seems WAY bigger than the sq. footage listed! What is this magic!? 😂

Ugh she sold it!! I was so looking forward to checking it out.

Oh it was last year! Schucks!

I’m in love.
There's a lot to love! Amazing home, definitely one of my all-time faves!
Do you have any open tours Monday?
Oh please let me win the lotto, please.
No washer/dryer hookups?
There is the cutest little laundry room!
This is Christine McConnells house. I guess she decided to sell after all

I’m on it!
Great idea. Now pray I win lotto this weekend. You can be first guest … free stay for all good wishes.
If only lived in California....

The good news is that the new owners have maintained it entirely!
