I would have to see this "cleaning sauce" in person. I have Half a dozen 22 cans and they need serious cleaning after about 600rds. A sealed 22 can just sound like a bad idea, but I might be wrong?
@@SilencerShop i want to see a head to head comparison with any overpriced liquid your talking about vs the dip (vinegar and hydrogen peroxide) the cat 206 is absurdly expensive and so is others ive seen and none mention anything about re use or how many times it can be used, dip works perfectly and is free considering most homes have both items, yes its dangerous just wear gloves bro
I agree, my 22 suppressors need cleaning to get copper fowling out that normal copper “solvent” doesn’t touch. Usually at the sharp bends of the baffles is where lead build up is so great that you need to scrape it clean. You probably experience the same phenomenon. I agree that a sealed suppressor sounds like a bad idea especially in 22. I would like to see a test of their solvent on that type of lead build up. Maybe I’ll buy some and give it a test.
CCI standard ammunition is always good. CCI Clean Subsonic is phenomenal….but it’s difficult to find. It’s basically CCI Standard with a polymer coating that won’t foul up your barrel or suppressor as fast. I can shoot 3X more rounds before cleaning
@@SilencerShop his point stands though. Regardless of the true fidelity of the sound that the video gives it's unarguable that putting music over the shooting segment is a poor choice when you're sole job is to demonstrate the suppresor. Makes zero sense.
I was ready to buy one of these, right up until I talked to the Huxwrx rep at NRAAM. He said Huxwrx recommends cleaning every 1k rounds as opposed to the previously reported every 5k rounds. He also said the Suppressor Sauce cleaning solution was going to retail for $79 instead of the previously reported $69. Those two factors made the long term cost exponentially different and were enough for me to pass. I love my Flow 556k and was not at all opposed to the idea of a non-user serviceable rimfire can, but $80 to clean it every 1k rounds? Nope.
As previously mentioned before they announced their Suppressor Sauce, all Flow model cans are able to be cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner. Just drop it in the UC for an hour after each range trip. Or buy Breakthrough’s Suppressor Cleaner by the gallo for less.
you'll get more cleanings than just one per container of Suppressor Sauce or CAT206, you only need to use enough to submerge the silencer, so one container could last awhile.
@@SilencerShop can you re use it or no, if you can indefinitely re use it than ok, but if you have to use fresh cleaner every time then this is a subscription model suppressor lmao
Not sure I'm down with "flow through". My pistols won't cycle on CCI Quiet 45gr 835fps unsuppressed. The back pressure with the can provides enough back pressure to cycle with no glitches. However, 9mm can on a .22 will cycle, so maybe the Huxwrx .22 would provide just enough back pressure to keep things going. I'd love to try before I buy.
Anyone try the cleaning solvent? I am suspect of it, based on my experience with 22lr silencers. This is my hesitation with buying this can. Thanks for the overview.
I got an El Camino and I wasn't that impressed with the CCI subsonic hollow point 45 grain at 970 FPS. Of course its coming out of an 18.5 inch 10/22, so maybe the barrel length is pushing it fast.. But now I want to try one of these. I'm about to try the El Camino with the 835 and then the 710 FPS CCI ammo and see if it's quieter. But I was expecting it a little more quiet than it was from the videos.
This sounds like the next suppressor I need to get!
You'll love it!
I’m saying!! I couldn’t tell if he shot it or not because of the music
Silencershop, where everything is out of stock and backorder indefinitely 😂.
Where you spend 3 hours on hold 😂
Back orders get filled every day!
its a good problem to have
It's called demand. They are a distributor so blame the manufacturers.
Where they take 17 long days to ship this same can AFTER the Form 3 was approved. 🙄
Just bought one today. Happy with my Ventum .556 can so why not keep in the family!
Hux is killing it with the flows. 30's, 556 and now the deuce? My goodness
I’m want a 9mm or 45 Flow. They’re replaced all other non-printed cans leaving only the Rad 9/45s left for updating.
They're doing awesome stuff lately!

The HUXWRX Suppressor Sauce and CAT206 are pretty incredible, cans come out looking good as new.

I almost bought one but didn’t want FDE haha. I’m waiting for that black to come back in stock and you can have my money! 😎

Sick mustache dude, serious throw back

Such a great sounding can, I already have one just waiting on getting it cerakoted

The Clean ammo is very good, totally agree!
Good little tidbit to know!
Be great without music when shooting it
Videos won't give you a great representation of the true sound, only tone, this can is crazy quiet.
@@SilencerShophis point still stands. Take the L and improve

This and the Pluto are my next 22 suppressors. But the cat sr is good for now!
Cant go wrong with those cans, the CAT SR and HUX FLOW are amazing

Thanks Chase!! another awesome video!! I would like to know if the flow through Tech helps .22 platforms stay cleaner inside the action?
YES! Much cleaner. We noticed significantly less carbon in the breaches of the test guns.
How does this compare to the CAT SR?
how to buy stuff for clean suppresser FLOW ????
I just shot mine yesterday "love it! ? Why can it Screw screw into my Smith and Wesson 57?
It will work great on the 57!
Did he say that they are available in ODG?
Have fun cleaning this lol
Its the easiest thing ever, dunk it in cleaning solvent and walk away.
It also converts the lead into a form of lead that is 1000 times more dangerous, and can he absorbed through your skin
I have never seeing that in stock.
Its brand new, we have many more on order!
they were in stock 2 days ago
Tulsa Oklahoma had 10 in stock as of 5:00 pm today.

What are the details on that rifle in the video?
That is a Bergara B14r 22lr in an MPA BA Hybrid Chassis and MDT Ckyepod, Chase uses it for NRL22 matches.
Have y’all experimented with ultra sonic cleaning these?
We have not, we've used the recommended cleaning solutions.
Does the suppressor coming with their Sauce cleaning kit?
It does not, CAT206 will also work on this unit!
@@SilencerShop thanks. I’ll look into that product.
Just a heads up, I am yet to find any Supressor Sauce in stock anywhere.
Think I might just have to use Simple Green or something.
CAT206 is also an awesome solvent.
How do you clean it?
Huzwrs Suppressor Sauce or CAT206 cleaning solutions!
How does it compare to the CAT?
They're pretty close!
What host are you running that bad boy on?
The rifle is a Bergara B14R, the pistols are the Ruger MKIV and Glock 44 (22lr)
The real question is, where can I get that banner with the Rugged Razor on it??
🤷♂️
Don't be coy with me, I NEED that.
Deckow Forge
How does it compare to the Rad 22?
Its a bit lighter and seems to be more optimized for sound and back pressure reduction.
How does it sound compared to the CAT Short Round?
Very similar.
My dude they sell both. Theyre not gonna tell you one way or the other because they wamt to keep selling both
How many baffles are in it?
It doesn't really use baffles, it uses crazy 3D printed structures. Check this out ( ruclips.net/user/shortsgU_bRyHxMD0 )
Can this can be used on 22 mag?
You sure can!
Q El Camino or this?
Both are awesome. They sound similar on a rifle, the FLOW edges it on a pistol thanks to the flow-through.

A non-service, 22 no thanks
Its totally serviceable just by a different method then you're used to. Cleaning solvents are the future.
