- What's for dinner? is a question I sometimes dread so it's my mission to bring inspiration & easy to follow, affordable recipes to you!
Our family of 5 includes 3 adults (I feel so strange typing that about our 18 year old son!) & 2 teenage boys of 13 & 16 who believe me can eat A LOT! It can be challenging to keep them full while providing a varied diet and not spending an absolute fortune!
So if you are looking for ideas to keep your kids full or just some inspiration on how to make easy, budget friendly dinners then this is the channel for you 💗

Love that idea of chilli on a bed of roasted leeks, baby sweetcorn and Brussel sprouts! Definetly trying that out!

I've tried the chicken drum fillets and I agree just like thighs. 👍🏻
Chicken & brocolli pasta with the chicken soup looks nice. Abd pitta bread done in air fryer with garlic butter sound good. Nothing wrong with having chicken a lot in a week that's how it goes sometimes. I'm realky getting into chicken thighs at the moment. They so tasty & cheaper I usually buy them bone in & get the meat off if I wabt diced thigh. But sometimes I do cheat & buy the fillets if say I want them as a burger &, I want them for tonight!! Been food shop today & did buy the fillets as doing crunchy thigh burgers but wasn't sure if doing them for tomorrow for dinner & shoet of time tomorrow. But hey hoe we all allowed to cheat sometimes!!
Could you pop the recipe down for the chicken and brocoli please, I'd love to make it tonight x

I did! It’s in a few videos a couple of weeks back but we generally enjoyed it all!

That's a lot of chicken 🐔 haha but you can't have too much chicken! Don't think I have ever had a hash brown on a burger before!
The zinger burgers from kfc have them in. Kind of strange but the boys like it 😂
