I took 2 week 1000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 minutes workout you can loose 2 to 3 kgs in a month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly slowly.
Just one thing that I want to advise you on , Of your jump roping is that , That's if you you are already doing so is to , Skip in repetitions in Sets a day, But while doing so sip onto a bottle of water, Spit it out into a cup, So that you would have clear passage way from you nose & mouth , When you breathe properly, Stay relax in your body, When jumping rope, Stretch from your legs every now and than , Before continuing your reps., Once when you are done for the days workout sit down eyes close breathe in your nose & out from your mouth normally ,But slowly, Do not force your breathing , You will see later than that you wont feel tight than. Best of care.
I'm going a try this challenge. You did a good job i don't know if i will get for this long like 1 month maybe is too much for me but definitely i will try. Good video.
@@jennb8734 of course 😍 I purchased a meal plan that’s easy to follow. Good food and great seasoning and sauce options. So I’m sure i can follow it bc I have to have a good sauce and good seasonings to enjoy food lol

Good question I don’t remember fully but more than likely i was doing a workout routine and incorporated in the jump rope or just did the jump rope some days
Sometimes the concrete is harsh on the joints because its such a hard surface What kind of shoes did you wear? And if this is the first time your doing this and have not worked out in a while it is a shock to the body you have to make sure to stretch really good before, after and even during. Unfortunately it is no other place to do the jumping its all gonna hurt because you putting all your body weight on the balls of your feet when you go through the motions.
I got it from a old job i had we had like this fitness points program i got it on there but FitTrack Is really popular right now and have a sale on their scales im about to get one of those it keeps track of everything in and app connected to the scale. It has really good reviews and a few RUclips people i follow use it
Yes 100% agreed we tend to limit ourselves to what we think we can not do before we even attempt to try and its sad because most of us are stronger than we think

is it okay to do rope skipping everything for 30 mins and no other workout will it burn arm fat and other fat and make me slim?
That is something you have to test out for yourself honestly. I can see it working but a healthy diet has to go with that
1000 is not gonna make a much difference coz you don't have a lot to loose , I think you should go beyond 2000 😊

Im on one now and its been showing love but it’s not really a diet but a calorie deficit mostly and better choices
