    I appreciate this video. I was looking into Frisco 3 years ago and back then it wasn’t much there and many were always saying how its up and coming. Now wow it seems they’re putting so many big major things there that would bring so many visitors to the city and it’s no longer a place people really want to live due to traffic and people are saying they want to leave. I love that it’s so much there but yea I don’t think I’d want to deal with traffic all the time either.

      Thanks Kristy for your thoughts and visiting our channel. Was in Prosper yesterday and the traffic in that area too was pretty bad. Just lots of growing pains until the infrastructure catches up.

    I am looking to move to the DFW area. Do you know if most HOAs allow small vegetable gardening in the back yard?

    • @whymovetodallas
      @whymovetodallas  10 месяцев назад +3

      Would depend on the HOA. I would think as long as it’s something below the fence line it should be fine. Don’t think Corn 🌽 would be a good idea 😉

      Its crowded now but just imagine how much more traffic will be here once universal arrives 🤦🏽‍♀️ I love living in Frisco however, i am looking to move further North to either Anna or Melissa since Celina is slated to be the next “Frisco”

    Actually she did a great promotion for investors to purchase real estate in Frisco, as it clearly a booming city. Her only complaints are the traffic and that it is getting too busy. I would rather live in a growing than dying city.

      There’s another reason why people are leaving. Hint: it has nothing to do with traffic!!

      @@puckmonkey71 yeah word on the street is that there is an international element exploding there. Not the reason you are leaving, I’m sure, but I see interesting census figures there.

    The infrastructure can't support the growth. Esp with developers building further north, and anything west on 380. All these suburbs use the same main arteries, north dalla tollway, 121, Preston. It's already got sometimes worse traffic than Dallas proper, and frisco's streets are wider and newer.
    With the development of Univeral/Disney/golf course, make my words, you've got a disaster waiting to happen.
    The crime has been creeping in. It's always novel to take a good thing and turn it to crap.

      1. Spring Texas is in Houston, not Dallas.
      2. Low income apartments are a massive improvement over the garbage that was there prior. Disgusting area!
      PLEASE don’t EVER compare Spring Texas to Frisco! Thank you!
