MGS5 is no different. It was slightly higher res on PS4 Pro and any gane above 1080p does not use the PS4 image Boost on PS5 Pro.

Currently my ps4 games look better than ps5 non pro enhanced games lol
Sony should address this and apply the enhancement to os5 titles as well.
Developers seem to be too lazy to even release a pro patch.
