In May 2021, with my brother Jamie and best mate Greg, I'm running 100km from London to Brighton in a day to raise money and awareness for Alzheimer's Research UK. 👣
Over the week and months leading to the event, I'm doing vlogs of:
1/ my training progress. I'm not a runner. I have never even run a marathon, let alone an ultra. This is a mammoth task, but one I have decided to tackle. 👊
2/ the effects of Alzheimer's and dementia on my dad who suffers from it and the issues we need to combat as a family. This is very personal and us as a family. However, I want to raise awareness and help in any way I can. 🗣
