    • @urrockstargf111
      @urrockstargf111 5 месяцев назад

      @@simp2.068 okay so as compared to o levels math gets a bit tougher but with consistent practice you'll manage I do recommend going through the syllabus a bit before you take the classes to mentally prepare yourself. Chem and physics are basically the same topics but they are harder - once again just make sure you study as you're studying the topics in class it's VERY VERY hard to catch up
      At the end of the day I managed physics and math very well and chem I struggled w (I managed it by the time exams came but it became my most difficult subject because of organic chemistry) just keep in mind by the time you study organic chemistry really give in the time and effort for those topics because it was defo tough for most of us
      My general advice is just consistently study you don't need to study 8 hours a day if you just manage to study the topics your teacher is teaching you at the time also if there's something you're struggling with make sure you're focusing on that the most, don't be scared to take help from your teacher because they are there to help
      don't be scared or anything though it's completely manageable as long as you're consistent
      Good luck!!! And if you ever need any help throughout the year just reply to this comment again I'll help out :))

    Hai! I'm a french student watching this to pass my year. Basically here, in your second year of HS you need to choose three subjects that you will be specializing on, then abandon one in thirs year. Here in France, daily exams are way more complicated than in the US because every single of our grades counts for our Academic record, and we don't have easy tests such as MCQ. I took biology, maths and physics/chimics, and i wanted to say thank you for this video, as someone who had a lot to catch on in physics. For practicals In the textbooks they have specific numbers allocated for different practicals do I need to remember those and use those exact values in my practical endorsements, is it that when I do my practical endorsement the examiner who is testing my understanding on how to carry out the experiment will give me the values for the task needed to perform the practical endorsement? I am doing alevels independently so I would love to know how the procedure is for the practical endorsement as I have emailed so many teachers but no one seems to be responding, was hoping you could help me know what is to be expected for the practical endorsement please❤

    • @yanr4n
      @yanr4n  Год назад +1

      Hey! I can't give you an answer for sure because I did my practical endorsement in school rather than at home. When I did mine though, we didn't have to do the practical in 'exam conditions'. Before the practical, we wrote down equipment lists, methods and drew diagrams, which we were then allowed to look at during the experiment. If that doesn't happen for you, I can't confidently tell you that you don't have to memorise the specific numbers, so I would stay on the safe side and remember them. For the actual exam you'll need to remember everything to do with the practicals anyway (at least that was the case for AQA), so might as well get ahead and memorise them now :)
