Hello
First try to clean the way to your garden.
A plant is more the roots than the branches, if it is not all the time, it is good for them to be cut or eaten by animals.
You can shake the soil away and put your plant in a plastic bag with wet paper, if you transplant them fast, your soil in the garden seems to be very good, put a transparent plastic on top after planting, until the leaves go up again, not too long or you will have mold. And put a cut plastic bottle to protect your plants if there is animals around or better a fence if you can .
Don't carry water like this please !
Buy a plastic tarp to collect the rain in a barrel with a tube ,use the slope, you need to protect the top of the barrel with a mosquito net.
If you can buy a wheelbarrow, it is a must have in a garden.
