Let me know if you want me to share more of the groceries I buy. ☺Don't forget to head over to healthyelizabeth.com this week...I've been working on a BIG makeover for it and I can't wait to share it with you. 🥹
@healthyelizabeth lots of great tips!! I canceled Sam's Club today. They charge members full price to renew. New members get it for less. We have access to the Amish store. However, not always good healthy items. I've been shopping at Aldi's for whole foods.
Really loved this video and appreciate you stating whole milk or whole milk yogurt was good for us. It is what I buy and often get 'you should get reduced fat' from friends, but, I ignore it! Food prices, as expensive as they are now will get higher, so for me, buying organic is important. Buying food with very clean ingredients is so important because it keeps us healthy. So I appreciate you mentioning that. Thank you for sharing with us.
I just discovered your channel! How do you handle your kids not liking the food you make? I love the type of foods you make but both of my kids are picky.
Love your channel! You’re always so inspiring ❤ I’ve heard that what’s good for you in cruciferous vegetables is actually repellant of pests and there’s no need to get organic versions of those, they don’t use a lot of chemicals and pesticides. Also organic doesn’t usually mean no pesticides, it means cleaner ones anyway 😄 also tried to use the avocado keeper for the longest time but I feel like avocado pit side down on a Tupperware with water is more effective with making it last longer 😅
I make all my rice in the Instant Pot, fool proof & quicker.😊 I always enjoy your grocery hauls so much, gives me great ideas & I learn from the info you share on specific items. Thanks for your hard work making these, you are appreciated. ❤
I’m surprised that you are eating burgers that are not completely cooked, here in Canada they insist that ground bref must be cooked at a température of 165F

Just curious with grocery prices how much you spend. I have the avocado keeper.
Ah love it! Usually around $350 for the 6 of us. Prayers for this inflation.😅
