@@nancysarabana2517 When you receive a passing score, your membership category should automatically adjust to physician. I don't remember having to fill in anything additional, all I ended up getting when my renewal was due was an email reminding me to pay the higher membership fees.
Hi Nancy, yes I keep track on a spreadsheet since I work in several different clinics. However if you work at one place, you can keep track on your EMR (I bill using the EMR after each patient) or if your hospital doesn't have billing software, you can use a billing software like MD Billing.
